Very clean , good location & enviroment , rounding a lot of restaurant , some more close to railway

The hotel location is excellent, lots of eatery and a night street market which is only 150m away from the hotel. Just one MRT station from Futian boarder and the FuMin station is just next to the hotel. The room is spacious and cosy, they also provide free laundry service on the 2nd floor of the hotel.

Best location and 5/5 of the cleanliness of the hotel! Not even notice that they even provided free laundry services 🫶🏻 gotta be right back to JI hotel because it really worth the room rate. The MRT is just beside hotel, not even 1 min distance. Lobby have a pleasant smell as well will made travellers felt comfortable and relax 😍

Exceptional value hotel: great location, rooms, guest laundry, helpful staff and plenty of restaurants nearby - highly recommend!! The hotel is located above a metro station (Fumin), so it is just steps away from the metro Exit C - you can't get any closer to a metro station than this! Fumin station is well-connected to modern shopping malls nearby, the OCT creative park area, and HK border crossing (Lok Ma Chau). Downstairs from the hotel are lots of restaurants and a night market, so you don't need to go far at all to find food to eat, and amenities are readily available! Whilst the area is busy, it is more of a local residental area so it's not crowded. Large rooms, modern decor, very clean, nice bathroom amenities provided, and lovely teaset / daily tea. The guest laundry on Level 2 was very useful, quick, and easy to use - instructions are in both Chinese and English. The entire hotel is modern: the check-in is near-automatic and there are a pair of robots who help bring deliveries to your room (e.g., takeaway food)!

Great hotel for the reasonable price. Room and hotel facilities are very clean. Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Many local restaurants surrounding the hotel, 150 feet to metro station. Will definitely book again in the future. A shout out to Lam…thanks for your help!

The location is amazing. Just beside a train station and with a huge food street . Opp the hotel there is a night food market and lots of food around . You will not feel hungry while staying here . And the laundry service on 2nd floor made the stay a very pleasant one.

The location of the hotel is super convenient. Right next to Fumin mtr exit C. There are so many food options around the hotel. The hotel room is really clean and the design and layout is super pleasing. Definitely recommend anyone coming to SZ to try out this hotel

Location was superb. Easy to find food around the hotel. Room was clean. But staff attitude was bad, I never came across such rude staff in my entire life! And WiFi was non-existent. You can forget about using the hotel WiFi . Will I be going back to this hotel chain? my answer is a Big “NO”!

A lot of flies in the room when check in. Asked for room change. Received rejection in the 1st time. After insist, managed to change to a better and cleaner room that have no issue during the whole stay. Overall, the location is the perk.

This is a GREAT hotel! It is situated right next to a subway station, across a street from a supermarket and is surrounded by many restaurants. Services were wonderful. They even did our laundry for us. We didn’t eat at the hotel’s restaurant because there were too many choices surrounding us. We will stay at this hotel again and again.

Nice location just next to the underground station, and the room is clean and staff are friendly.
