Best location and 5/5 of the cleanliness of the hotel! Not even notice that they even provided free laundry services 🫶🏻 gotta be right back to JI hotel because it really worth the room rate. The MRT is just beside hotel, not even 1 min distance. Lobby have a pleasant smell as well will made travellers felt comfortable and relax 😍

The location of the hotel is super convenient. Right next to Fumin mtr exit C. There are so many food options around the hotel. The hotel room is really clean and the design and layout is super pleasing. Definitely recommend anyone coming to SZ to try out this hotel

Very convenient location, right next to the metro station and popular shopping malls. Super near to the boarder to Hk. Helpful staff. New and clean facilities. Awesome breakfast and body products.

Location is very good, very near to Fumin MRT station exit C. The room is spacious, nice ambience and interior. Room view is also nice.

newly renovated clean hotel. quite spacious room. But it be great if the receptionist can be more friendly .

Access to shops or subway easily. Lots of eatery around. The room is clean, peaceful and comfortable, but not much TV channels for foreigners.

Very convenient location in Futian near the MRT entrance n loads of eateries in all directions. Do not u hv to ask the Didi driver to turn into the carpark to reach the hotel entrance. Nice, clean room as expected of All Seasons hotels. Useful free DIY laundry facilities. Brrakfast spread is decent. Good value hotel in downtown Shenzhen.

Nice and clean hotel. The location is close to mrt and very convenient. Overall very satisfied but only the wifi always is not connected.

Excellent location next to the subway. The housekeeping staff doesnt clean the room in detail. There are stains and hairs. The room doesn't have mirror and a closet.

The location was super convenient, right next to Fumin Metro Station (exit C). We were arranged corner room which was away from elevator but the sound proof wasn’t too great as we could still hear next door when they return everyday around midnight. The daily makeover service was so-so over our four nights stay. Toilet paper roll not daily replenished and even wrong sided when did replenish. The sink was wiped using hand towels but we could still see hairs left as well as pillows being stacked up with exact mark when left bed in the morning and hair lying on pillow as well. As cleanliness being first priority of travelling, I’d say they could do much better.
