服務一流的，周邊是商業區，餐飲娛樂休閑步行可達，很方便一切都好，值得推薦

酒店旁邊連接着Mall，有非常多的咖啡廳和餐廳。並且有幾家餐廳還可以喝酒，對埃及這種不是所有餐廳都能喝酒的來説非常的便捷。隔壁就有pachi，nefertari這些國內人很喜歡的品牌。另外還有一家中餐，叫北京！ 算是埃及式中餐。

位於開羅新西區的繁華地段，可惜我們到得太晚，第二天一早又離開了，沒能好好領略新西區的繁華。酒店不愧為洲際旗下，品質一流。衹是第一見到皇冠和假日兩個名頭於一身，令人有點懵圈，按照國內的經驗，皇冠應為五星，假日是四星，這家按照軟硬件來看，應該是五星的水準，房間和服務的舒適度都無可挑剔，尤其早餐廳的女廚師，真是超級友好，熱情歡迎我們拍照合影，做的當地風味麪包也非常好吃。所以逗留時間雖短，但好感度卻是滿滿。

很新的酒店，早餐豐盛，喜歡現做的皮塔餅。床很舒服，離金字塔景區駕車30分鐘左右。酒店安檢嚴格。。。。

酒店很不錯，會員還送了水果。 在埃及住的很舒服，不錯的選擇 埃及當地客户推薦入這樣的，確實很不錯。zz

I had such an amazing dinner and Ireen was the best waitress ever. This was my first night in Cairo and I got to experience their Ramadan menu. Ireen was very friendly and helped me picked the best dishes ever. I would highly recommend this for an authentic dining experience in Cairo

One of the best , the location not far from industrial city, Mall of Arab, Mall of Egypt. Also you can walk to Arkan area where many restaurants and Cafes. The team amazing , Mr. Bahagat from front desk,, the means of Gentleman,, very helpful in all means . While in the club, you will find Mr. Ibrahim with his beautiful smile to let you feel home. In the main restaurant at breakfast, Mr. Abdulrahman and Miss Safaa will serve you with great passionate. Also special thanks for Guests relations for their calls to make sure i am comfortable. This is my 2nd time and for sure will be not the last.

Where do I start? This is probably the best hotel we've ever stayed in. Comfy beds, spotless rooms, and the staff are so friendly. They can't do enough to help, if you ask for anything! The restaurants serve a range of foods from around the world, and it's super tasty. We would definitely come back again
