We used the other pillows supplied in the room. I needed to be a bit higher in the room to sleep. Car parking good. Handy for Meadowhall if you want to visit. Lots of choice to eat at shopping centre. Walk in showers would be an improvement for the hotel.

Stayed for two nights for a university visit. Well up to usual good standard of a Premier Inn. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Very good breakfasts; only minor quibble was that the plates were not kept warm so the hot food cooled too quickly.

Chloe in reception was very welcoming and helpful. The room was well prepared and clean. Breakfast was tasty and cooked well. The noticeable feature of the hotel was the staff. Every single person we met had a warm smile and a polite word to say. From reception to restaurant to the cleaning staff and just meeting a team member on the stairs, each person was so friendly. Well done to the Meadowhall staff… you made our stay memorable

Standard Premium Inn so no frills as expected. Room was clean and functional. Very spacious room, had everything I needed. What stood out for me from other Premier Inns I have stayed at was the super friendly helpful staff, both from checking inn to breakfast to checkout

Hotel in a good location opposite Meadowhall shopping centre and for Sheffield city centre. Our room was at the rear of building and was fine even when the occasional train rumbled past. A shaver point in the bathroom would have been good and a separate recycling bin, other wise all fine. The bed, pillows, lighting, tv were all good. Evening meal and breakfast were good as were the staff Angela and Holly.

Food was excellent and the beds were comfortable even with a bad back! and the staff made us very welcome and found us suitable seating for my bad back, always ready to help with our needs. We have not been to a premier Inn for over 15 years, and this certainly was an enjoyable experience. We were coming from Hampshire for a Family funeral and with 2 of the 4 of us on crutches due to serious back conditions we had a lot more comfort than expected and it was very much appreciated. Thank you

Standard premier inn hotel good as usual , staff are epic special thanks to racheal for the daily laugh and generally great customer service and good memory .................. good value for money clean and tidy and decent food good all round

Clean room, great customer service. Breakfast in the morning cooked to order due to not being busy and sam cooked it to our liking and the service we received from christine k was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Very well put together. Carl and stacey

£170 for one night with no dinner or breakfast available due to them closing early BOTH TIMES. Don't tell customers you close dinner service at 10pm and then shut at 9.30pm. Don't tell customers you serve breakfast until 10.30am and then clear it all away at 9.45am. I've never known such poor service at a premier inn
