Faraana Heights Aqua Park

For the second time we had the pleasure of spending our holiday in this hotel. Ultimately, we booked another hotel, but after spending the night there in quite uncomfortable conditions, we decided to leave the hotel in favor of Faranna Heights Resort. We contacted the restaurant manager, Mr. Adel, who immediately helped us book a room. We were very nicely welcomed and taken care of from the first minutes of our stay at this hotel. The hotel has several swimming pools of various sizes and a slide. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were very tasty, varied, served hot and cold. Mr. Adel, Mustafa and his employees took care not only of tasty meals but also of a very friendly atmosphere in the restaurant. In addition to excellent food, you could taste various kinds alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, competent, nice and smiling waiters (special thanks to Pol.) There is a beach not far from the hotel, a bus leaves to the beach every few minutes. There is a show every evening: fire shows, dancing, etc. Dance lovers can enjoy evening discos. An additional advantage were the animators who ensured attractions for both adults and children. I consider the trip to be a very successful one, thank you for your help in reserving the rooms and for the nice and warm welcome every day.

Really enjoyed the Christmas getaway!!! Relaxing atmosphere, sunny weather, kind and welcoming hotel staff and manager! I was also positively surprised by the quality and variety of food that I didn't find in other hotels in Sharm El Sheikh. My room wasn't anything fancy but comfortable and conveniently located. The beach, warm weather and relax is the reason I choose this destination every winter. Overall very satisfied!

Location is genius, All Staff professional & friendly , Reception wonderful and friendly, Restaurant wonderful , cleanliness wonderful ، Activities are entertaining. Alot of Thanks to Management of Farrana Heights Resort for making our vacation wonderful.

We are here at the moment and all good. The staff will go an extra mile for you and we feel very well taken care of. The food choice is nice - not big but we always find something to eat and everything is tasty! Special thanks to the chef who prepared falafells for me - super delicious! Drinks are served in small plastic cups but from time to time we use our own cups and they do very nice drinks! Two jacuzzis are heated and the rest of the pools not heated but that's fine because we have found the hidden gem of Sharm el Sheikh - that is the beach!!!!!!!! When you are looking for a place that is very Egypt like, it's the place to go!

Very nice resort, very friendly and helpful staff. We really relaxed and also had a lot of fun expecially thanks to the entertainment staff that took us to some of the coolest clubs in Sharm (big thanks to Ahmed, Madu, Mahmood, Mohamed and Omar).
