Island View Resort

房間挺好，有專屬沙灘可以浮潛。但是衹有前台有wifi，房間沒有Wi-Fi，衹能用手機熱點。另外一樓蚊蟲多，建議多帶防蚊的。 另外沙灘有pyramid 潛水中心。 性價比高，下次還會來。

I can say that I feel at home there, it was my second stay and there will probably be others. I wouldn't recommend it to older people, for them I think it's a bit too much to walk. It has a lot of greenery, everything is very well-kept. The entrance to the sea is from the pontoon. From the shore you can enter about waist-deep, then the corals start. Access to the beach is via stairs, almost 70 . I had a junior suite sea view, very close to the beach, but it was about a 6-7 minute walk to the reception and restaurant. It has a superb reef, many tourists also come from other resorts to dive here. You can dive right at the pontoon, with Pyramids Diving, very professional, the best instructor is Mena Kerelos. Sayed Shalan will help you with all the information about their offers. The food is very good, quite varied. A pool was heated, there were many tourists in the water, but I didn't try it. I don't really have anything to say about the drinks, I only had a cocktail at the bar near the reception, very good. I have only words of praise about the room, the bed was very comfortable, the spacious bathroom, the dream view.. Very good animation on the beach, Zumba, yoga, foam party, very good music. The entire staff is very attentive to tourists having a dream stay, especially the reception manager, Amr Fahim, to whom I thank for all the support.

I’ve had an unforgettable experience at Island View! This is my third time returning here and I can say that this resort has become my second home. The sea, the beach, and the extremely attentive and friendly staff make every vacation a true escape. The coral reef is a magical place, where I had the chance to go diving and snorkeling and see Napoleon fish in their natural habitat. But what really makes the difference is the relaxing atmosphere and the staff who strive to make your vacation perfect. The friends I’ve made here are a special part of my experience . I highly recommend Island View to anyone looking for a dream vacation by the sea!

First time in Egypt ,and we had a nice experience. I can say that this rating is for the staff ,as I am an very experienced member in hospitality industry. The workers there are very friendly and are very ,very hard working on so high temperature climate. Most of them are doing all day long shifts as i noticed. Very big shout to Mohamed and Ahmed,from the buffet main restaurant, such attentive waiters , very friendly and hard working. He was always looking after all the guests and all time was in a rush to make sure that everyone has all what they need. Even if they didn't spoke English so good, we could understand each other. Thank you guys ,for looking after us every day . About the resort I can say that they need some renovation and I think they can do it because during 7 days as we stay ,was very busy and very crowded. We had the room 237 , was not a bad room but it was average . Very old shower with rust on the sides , the doors very old and noisy. The curtains very old fashion . Even if the maintenance and uplooking was very average ,their plus is that all the areas are very clean. So congratulations to your staff ,who are keeping this ,but they can sparkling clean everywhere, but the furniture they can not change it . The gardens ,playground, pools are very nice. The food was mainly good ,very tasty ,the chefs were great . But you can add some more fruits variety ( only melon ,apples and oranges , we could have bananas only 2 times in 7 days). You need some more variety . Here I had the best pie ever (I think feeter with vanilla was the name ) very good pie , cooked on the spot ,congratulations to the chef who was baking this amazing pie . Overall the experience was not bad , but it could be better. Many improvements can be done.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Island View Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations in several key areas, which I feel compelled to bring to your attention. Firstly, the quality of the food served throughout my stay was extremely poor. The meals lacked variety,and were repeated meal and not freshness, and basic hygiene standards. On multiple occasions, the food was either undercooked or overcooked, and in some cases, it appeared to be reheated leftovers. Secondly, I was very disappointed with the attitude and behavior of some of the hotel staff. I found many of them to be unhelpful, unfriendly, and at times even rude. Rather than providing assistance or support, their actions added to my frustration during the stay. Lastly, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The furniture was old, worn-out, and in many cases damaged. It was clear that the room had not been properly maintained, and it did not meet the basic standards of comfort and cleanliness that one would expect from a hotel of this category. This experience has left me very disappointed, especially considering the reputation and rating of your hotel. I sincerely hope you will take this feedback seriously and take immediate steps to improve the quality of your services and facilities

The hotel is beautiful and the people here are super friendly — especially Captain Wael, the Sports Activities Manager. This guy is honestly so respectful and genuinely kind. He gives his all to help everyone. He’s one of the main reasons I don’t want to change hotels
