Spent 2 weeks here & loved every second. Check in was a breeze & swiftly taken to our room by golf cart. We stayed in block N/9 room 14320. There's no lift which is tiring in the heat. We had a sea view but It's not the premium ones you pay for. Our room was spot on with the biggest bed I've seen. Our cleaner was also great. Our room was always cleaned & we had clean towels whenever we needed. The grounds are absolutely spotless. There's gardeners working tirelessly in the heat to maintain this. We spent our days around the main pool just infront of the lifeguards hut. We were always the first down there. Every morning I had the pool to myself for usually at least an hour. The lifeguards were really good. We tipped some very regularly. The one from Alexandria we spoke a lot with in the morning too. He would tell us things about Egypt, his hometown & anything else we wanted to know. The guys around the pool who would bring your drinks were good to. You don't get service like this anywhere other than Egypt in our experience. We did tip often but they still would sort you out if you didn't. All the pop was from bottles along with the water. Having ice isn't a issue if you were wondering. The animation team were OK even if one was really annoying! Swim academy & football academy were my standouts even though we never done either. Did venture in sea once. It's very shallow for quite a way. The only area I could snorkel was a segregated area due to wind board things. Some some fish but would've preferred to go much deeper. In our opinion the food in main buffet was good. My wife is fussy & always found something. They have themed nights for the same night every week. The guys working in there get to know you & what you drink, bringing you them when you arrive. The al a carte was very hit & miss. We loved the American diner eating there twice & the Indian (Sari). The Chinese (Bamboo) I suppose was their interpretation on it. Crispy duck & pancakes was duck in batter with crepe. We did see a couple walk out. The main waiter took pictures. The Stone grill which you pay for, you pay for everything including drinks. The wife's fillet steak was good whereas my T-bone wasn't the best. I heard others moaning about same thing. One couple complained about everything. Do recommend the parade of shops just outside the shop on the right. Don't go to Waves across the road. If you looking for drinks & food other than in hotel I would recommend Arab Bucks. This is outside hotel, across the road & about 5 mins to the right.

It’s long!… We chose this hotel from the great reviews it had, and glad we did! It was our first visit to Eygpt, and it didn’t disappoint! We found the Egyptian people to be some of the most welcoming and kind natured people we have come across. The staff at this hotel work tirelessly to give us a fab holiday, all the waiters were amazing, especially Michell , he was so caring when I got the dreaded gippy tum, he recommended an eygptian natural remedy of anise tea which really helped, he asked me every day how I felt, he is the kindest man, and Ahmed the waiter was very close behind tbh, he was the same, really lovely fellas Tarek the lifeguard too , he’s lovely! He used to move our sunbeds into the sun for us and make pillows from towels! Him and my husband got on like a house on fire ! Ibrahim also deserves a mention as he was our housekeeper and did a wonderful job, he’s a sweet quiet man and also so kind! Food, was ok, in fairness there’s loads of choice, but it’s not amazing , I did also get the dreaded tummy thing while at the hotel on 2nd day which meant we didn’t venture out properly. Stone grill is worth trying even tho you have to pay, the steak you cook yourself on the hot stone in front of you , it’s lovely steak ! That meal was delicious! Entertainment was by the HV staff and was amazing!! The voices of Milly, Georgia G and Reece was something else! And the dancing was so good by all of the hv staff, they really got everyone involved ! We tip well, and didn’t ever get asked to tip or made to feel like we should, these people work hard to give a holiday of relaxation and likely get paid quite low , we found a lot of people think once they paid their all incl why should they pay a penny more , that’s not right, a tip makes these people’s day! And changing up their coins is because they can’t change coins in their banks so they are useless tips to them. Be nice people !! I also can’t say I came across one member of staff that was at all rude like some reviews say? Maybe it’s the way you treat them and look at yourself first ?! From the main reception desk to the lifeguards, the waiters and the cleaners, all were lovely and friendly and always had a smile ! Swimming pools are cold ! Probs could do with being heated from 1st October , couldn’t use the swim up we paid for due to this Sea was no good for snorkelling as the pier is not long enough , but we did see a few pufferfish and a lion fish We had room 7101 which was nice and central , has the family divider and swim up , room was really nice, and huge! Only downside is we had a family constantly traipse over our private garden part which was really irritating so could do with signs saying don’t walk over others gardens and to use front door like you should ! Bobby the camel is lovely, and as his handler says , he doesn’t bite after you pay to ride him ! All in all yep we would come back, in fact we are next October !

Arrived at 11.30 pm was checked in really fast and took to our room. The accommodation was really nice. We were impressed. We went to restaurant which had been kept open to 1am for people arriving. Food was really great for 12am in morning compared to what we had last year in hurgarda. We used the main restaurant for breakfast lunch and some dinners. The food was of a high standard lots to choose from. No one could say there was nothing to eat. Variety was really great. We used American dinner 3 times the food here was amazing. The staff were friendly laughing and joking with you. The diner was set out really nice. Atmosphere was brilliant. We also used aisen BAMBOO restaurant twice again great food great atmosphere and great friendly staff. We used Greek taverna to. Great food servings very large. great staff great atmosphere. Indian restaurant great food a bit hot for me though We used the quiet pool it was lovely and clean water was cold though. We had life guards to. when we arrived at the pool life guards came over took your towel and sorted your bed out for you. We also had a very friendly waiter. He must of walked loads of miles every day. Bringing drinks for us and all pool users. Cocktail bar was a bit noisy with children running around. So we used the terrace at the front of hotel. People watching. We never used the beach. Tide was out every time we went. And sunbeds were quite a distance away from sea. We had a great holiday. And if I return to Egypt I will consider going back to coral sea holiday village

Firstly where does one start this review. The Holiday village was down right amazing and if you’re looking for a place to take your family I could not recommend this hotel enough. Yes it cost a little more than what you might find out there when looking for a deal but after all our family holidays all over the world this is number 1 and blows all the amazing other times we had out the water. The hotel staff are absolutely fantastic and from the moment you walk off the transfer from the airport you are made to feel like your home. Staff can not do enough for you. A very special shout out to Shadie, Elsaydi and hassan (pictures below) they are a credit to the hotel team and they went above and beyond every moment of every day. The food at the hotel is amazing and even if you are a fussy person you will find something different to eat every day with ease and the food taste amazing. Shout out to all the tui staff and all the different activities which run daily. Which are all included in the price. Climbing activities, water inflatables assault course, on-site water park the list goes on and on. And it’s all in the price. Perfect beach front location You will not want to leave. The temperature daily for us in later oct was 30 plus and the heat was amazing. Now for a handy tip. We went shopping in the old market which is 30 minutes away by taxi. Never settle on first price all things we got we drove prices down by at least 50% and the quality is excellent. Don’t be afraid to walk away and say no you will find what you want if a shop does not give you the price you want. As for taxi don’t book taxi from hotel heavily over priced. Go download the app in drive we paid 270 Egypt pounds (£4.50) each way for 30 minutes drive. You pay driver in cash so no card details needed so double safe. Hotel taxi wanted £10 each way. So in closing this is a highly recommended place to take your family, if the hotel manager see this. I hope they speak to the amazing staff below in the photos for making our holiday the best to date.

All of the staff members at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating during our visit. The rooms were very comfortable and well-kept. We also relished the delectable breakfast each morning, and we dined at the main restaurant, the American and Indian restaurants, and the food court and Greek restaurant. There was plenty of choice, and we will most certainly return. I want to thank every member of the resort staff for being kind and accommodating to us while we were there. My kids loved the resort. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
