Location in the center of naama bay. Close to all the cafes and restaurants. Beautiful hotel lobby. All the staff were very accommodating and polite. On the first morning of our stay we were given. Complimentary Drinks, snacks, and fruit. Which was brought to our room, along with a private invite to have dinner in the restaurant. We had a very pleasant staff.

Hôtel très grand avec plus de 600 chambres, un buffet, certes existant mais qui parfois et donne l'impression d'être dans une immense cantine. Points positifs, Bien située dans la rue commerçante. Plages privées à 10 minutes à pieds.

服務特別差 前台態度惡劣 服務人員都是可惡的 入住時辦理入住時間超級超級長 區別對待 看見是亞洲人就歧視 對中國人更是一副看不起的嘴臉 看見美國人 跪舔 電梯壞的 從大門到酒店大堂 沒有bus 得走路半小時過來 房間臭轟轟的 沒有一個引路的 625一晚 都不如國內50元的旅店 我見過最差最爛的酒店 服務態度最差 沒有任何服務而言 三四十年前的酒店都比這個好 早餐不新鮮 床單破的 房間裏的牀頭櫃都不帶擦的 真的 避坑吧 第一次評論酒店 真是糟糕透了 門口的保安退房還攔着 破酒店！

Just arrived home,brilliant hotel,spotless our cleaner sammy was amazing,decorated the room for msons 18th birthday,the pool lad and pool bar lad was great lads I never had to move off my sun lounger and staff at the main bar and the ome onky level 3 were brilliant,food was great and location was the best,thank you for a great week.

We arrived at 8pm and was told the same story the reception tells a lot of guests (you have been upgraded). We were told to go straight to the restaurant and come back down for our cases afterwards. The Palm Restaurant in the main building is absolutely filthy and the food was awful. We were showed to our room, 530, and if that was an upgrade I really daren't think what a basic room is! The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy and there was a green flashing light from a box on the wall that really disturbed our sleep. The room was never cleaned properly for the whole 11 days we were there. The pools need retiling and cleaning at the very least. The main pool bar barely has any drinks to choose from and the staff are non existent! The Grill restaurant was slightly better but still had very limited choice and opened food resulting in flies on the food all the time. We got back to our room one night, and clearly someone had been in and tampered with our safe. When we told the guest relations lady she was unconcerned and said that housekeeping always attend twice in a day - and it just have been the cleaner, but our room was never cleaned twice. The British guests we spoke to all said they couldn't wait to leave. There is a clinic on site, and I had to be given iv fluids and antibiotics due to gastrointeritis. I have been to Egypt many times, and this has never happened before. It was definitely due to the food and lack of hygiene in this hotel. The sister hotel Naama Waves was the only reason we stayed as we used their facilities every day. The staff, pool and food are amazing ! Go to level 5, walk to the gate and across the road to get to the hotel. Naama Bay Hotel will not tell you about their sister hotel. My advice would be to stay there and definitely not at Naama Bay Hotel.

Excellent service throughout our time here . From pool boy (quite pool ) to the bar staff on floor 3 and reception bar saff restaurant staff above and beyond for us all we will definitely be returning to this hotel really enjoyed ourselves.. not forgetting the entertainment something different every night made to feel so welcome by everyone at naarma bay hotel 🙌 and we can't wait to book again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Spent a night here and was given an upgrade of room. Comfortable and views of the bay. Great location riggt on the strip opposite Hard Rock Cafe. Food was ok we thought breakfast was a let down. Pool was a nice space. Staff all friendly and willing to help nothing was too much.

Hotel is definitely not a 5 star, more like 3. The staff are absolutely amazing and can't do enough for you the food was ok we always found something and was always hot, we spent our time around the sunrise pool/bar was lovely don't have to get up early and not over crowded. The room was dated and the beds are rock hard but ok for what we needed. Only 1 bottle of water in the fridge nothing else. We stayed in 900 block away from the main building as have seen reviews about it been noisey was quite where we were. The grounds are kept clean overall we did enjoy it but wouldn't return the hotel was full of rude Russians

I originally booked this hotel for just one night to try it out, but I ended up staying for five nights! The staff are fantastic and always go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. The food is excellent, with a great variety to suit everyone’s taste. The entertainment is different every night, making each evening enjoyable. A special thanks to Ibrahim Khaled and the amazing Mohammed Omar, whose fantastic attitude made my stay even more memorable. I was truly sad to leave because this place felt like home. Without a doubt, I will be back, and Naama Bay Hotel will always be my first choice!

I got sick on the way from Oslo (Norway) to Sharmel el sheik. At my hotel Naama Weves they have a doctor's clinic which I visited. I was thoroughly examined and immediately received excellent treatment. Both doctors and staff were professional and nice people. I am so satisfied with the treatment I received, therefore I share my experience with others. Thank you very much for the best tableware I received.
