Worst place in sharm to be honest will never be back here.. room temperature was over 90 degrees (27c) and I’ve asked everyone to turn the air conditioner on and their response was “we save money in winter” it’s not winterfor me it’s still 90+ degrees.. also no hot water had to take cold showers and the place looked like a construction site.. staff was great management needs to be replaced asap… I will never be back.. spend your mkneh elsewhere this place is literally 2 starts they advertise as 5 but trust me they’re barely a motel When I suggested to atleast get a fan they brought me a dusty fan without a plug just 2 wires (safety hazard) and told me to just use it.. Прекрасный отель обслуживание супер для детей есть отдельная зона с бассейном а также комната с лабиринтом безумно где можно покушать очень уютный и очень хорошо от конструированный отель все рекомендую для фотосессии очень много красивых мест 

非常好的一家酒店 宣傳圖和實際嚴重不符 建議商家重新拍宣傳圖哈哈 實際裝修很現代化 很新 並且還有好幾個餐館 （其中有兩個中餐，吐槽下味道一般般 還限量 人不多還需要預約哈哈） 整體來説還是非常不錯的！很大的一個度假村 值得入住！！

الفندق جميل لكن للاسف خدمة الاستقبال سيئه جداً وغير متعاونين تم المحاولة معهم بتغيير الغرفه بلا فائدة وكذلك التكييف سيء للغاية اقل شي ممكن يوصل الى 22.5 ولما بلغتهم يقولون هذا اقل شي بالغرف الثانية وهذا من غير المنطق ابداً وبالاخير قالوا بنغيرها لك The reception wasn’t supporting also the AC was terrible at the maximum degree is 22.5 C.

Amazing family holiday. Staff friendly, food was great - plenty of choice. Entertainment and fitness team were brilliant. Whole family had a great time. Main pool and indoor pool heating was switched on new years day, made a huge difference and was able to use them. Huge resort, 6 restaurants open whilst we were there. New Year's Eve Gala was beautiful. Beach had a few coves and 2 jetty's, larger beach onto Sharks bay to the far side or resort.

The hotel is nice, but the pool water is very cold. We couldn’t use the kids pool because the water was too cold and the kids area also looked a bit outdated. My child is so sad The food is delicious and the staff are friendly. However, the hotel is located far from the city and there are no nearby streets where you can't buy anything.

We had an amazing stay here, the hotel was absolutely lovely, so many different places to eat. We went all-inclusive. I was confused about the alcohol aspect on the package but when we got there, it is literally everything, all food drink etc. the beach is a few metres away, you can walk down some steps or take the shuttle. The hotel looks exactly the same as the website. There’s bars everywhere. You can go on excursions, which is what we did. Sea Salt was the best place to eat if you are English and want food that ticks your taste buds. All the hotel staff were lovely, Fayroux was nice, she was the F&B manager who I communicated with via ***********, she made our stay a 10/10, and even offered us to get a shower later after check-out as our flight was in the night-time. I will return again xx

The hotel itself looked modern and well maintained. The room we booked was big and looked out over the pool area and the sea beyond. Marketed as an all-inclusive property, my wife and I were eager to see what they offered comparing it with our experiences in Cancun all-inclusive hotels. This is not a quiet resort. There were kids everywhere. Great for families but not for adults. Entertainment was geared for kids even in the evenings. Many adults just sat around doing nothing and looked bored. The buffet restaurant was huge and offered a wide array for the three meal times they were open. Finding a table not a problem. You can dine inside or outside. There were three specialty restaurants that you can visit only once per stay and reservation had to be done before 11am. The food at the Chinese and Mongolian restos were okay. We stuck to the buffet instead. All-inclusive package was for drinks all day up to 10pm at which time anything ordered was charged to your room. There was no snacks or cafe you can order from when you're by the pool unlike in Mexico. In Mexico it is 24/7 food and beverage along with room service to boot. Not in Egypt. The beach and the sea was the saving grace during this stay. You have to walk about 5-10mins to get there though. But the water was so inviting and we snorkeled around the reef numerous times. Again, just beverage service and no snacks to nibble on by the beach.

the hotel is so beautiful and nice and all the stuff is amazing and so nice with us, the rooms are really good and clean and the view is perfect i loved this place and the entertainment team are very friendly and nice and made all people happy ❤️❤️

We have never experienced anything so terrible. This was our wors vacation ever. Room dirty,cleaning insufficienty, great reluctante of the staff at the reception. Malfunctioning air conditioning. Beach and room equipment old and broken. For the firs time in our live we saw a bertender from the beach Coco Nut as he looks through guests bags and takes small coins. The only helpful staff was in the dining room. Otherwise Russian quests are preferred everywhere. Our room was closed due to renovations and we had to move elswhere. It happenend late in the evening and still had to sign a document that it was at our requestand without compensation. After arriving home we wrote an email about everything to the hotel manager and he didnt even answer. JUST HORRIBLE. We just want to say that we are poeple and not cattle.

Starting with the checking in was organized fast and very kneat with smiling welcoming reception employee mr. Ahmed mostafa and mr. Ibrahim terika Then great fresh food with high variety and pampering care from mr. Shenoda fawzy every meal checking that all is good and whatever is needed is there and with grace Mr ishak from the main bar very professional and always happy to help Plus the amazing animation team lead by aly All the staff are helpful and happy to help you anytime , mr hussien room service was great as well Added a heart with the towel and my daughters teddy bear in the middle she loved it Great for family as well good aqua park for kids and and another one for adults and all staff are very active e and making sure no one gets hurt Thank you all for a great stay
