The hotel has been really good! The facilities are high standard, the food was great with lots of variety and the standard of cleaning was excellent! The staff have been really kind, caring and attentive! There has been enough space by the pools and there is a big stretch of sunbeds along the beach too. The WiFi was quite good across the hotel too! We spend most of the days by the quieter pool and there was a bar there with an excellent waiter - Mena! He was really nice and helped us if we needed anything. He made us a speciality cocktail - the ‘Mena Colada’! (Photos added) It was lovely and he took time and effort in to making all our drinks! We travelled with TUI so we were offered a number of excursions which were also really good. There was some need for more organisation for the day trips but all in all a really good experience and we got to explore Sharm and felt extremely comfortable the whole time!
