The Sharm Plaza

All is perfect and I enjoyed very much from all vibes . about the food,pools and entertainment are very good and about the stuff there are helpful and professionals and about the daily party it's very enjoyable.l enjoyed very much at sharm plaza with my wife . It was a perfect choice to spend my honeymoon

Hotel room is dirty, fridge and bathtub are filthy. Curtains were never washed. Since we checked in we didnt receive even one towel or toilet paper. No one picked up the call so we had to walk to te reception (which is very far away) to ask for towels and toilet paper. After saying theyre sending amenities right away we didnt receive them so we went to the reception again. The same situation we still didnt receive towels or toilet paper (by 8:30 pm). Also even though its all inclusive internet in the room is extra charge and quite expensive. Dinner experience is horrible- all the glasses and utensils are filthy, restaurant looks like a homeless shelter, food is horrible. Hotel is in a really bad condition, dusty, smelly and dirty.

We arrived at the hotel in the evening around 20:30. We were immediately sent to dinner, but we were not hungry. We gave 10 minutes to the person at the reception and returned back to the reception. We waited for our keys, we received them. The bellman is completely unprofessional. When we were going to go to the room, he simply ignored us and went in the other direction. Then, when another bellman agreed to take us to the room, we realized that at the reception they gave us rooms in another hotel on the second line. When we complained that these were not the right rooms, we were told that the rooms according to our reservation would be tomorrow. Returning to the reception 10 minutes later, we were given the correct rooms (room 4122). But no one showed us the room, and we looked for rooms ourselves with suitcases. We were given only one key card for the room, explaining that they did not have any more cards. Unfortunately, service is completely absent in this hotel and no one knows what hospitality is. I hope that at least the beach and the sea will change our impressions tomorrow. The rooms are old, poorly cleaned, there is a lot of dust and dirt everywhere. There is no soap in the room. The temperature on the air conditioner is not regulated, the air conditioner was very loud, we had to call a repairman. For hot water to come out of the tap, you have to wait 5 minutes.

It was our 3rd holiday here in Sharm Plaza with my family. From last April they have improved many things in the hotel, which makes the Hotel much more comfortable than before. However for us the main point for our holiday choice is to have excellent reef with beautiful corals we are so satisfied with services of the Hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We have got a room with very nice view to the sea and the pool. The biggest and best changes of the Hotel was quality of food and beverages. All the staff was excellent with us from cleaning workers to waiters in the restaurants. And of course the main management in the Hotel asked guests everytime, if there is any kind of request from them. In the beach bar Yassin was super helpful bar tender. He was very nice with guest and every day could surprised us with some music from our country and other nationalities too. Smiling everytime and try to speak with us on our language. It was a pleasure. In the lobby bar Michael and Osama were so kind with guests also and making superdelicious coctails for us. Talking with the guests and asking, if everything is OK or need anything more. In the restaurants all waiters were so helpful to find a free table and get drinks as we wished. To sum up we offer Sharm Plaza for all guests who want to have real rest on the beach, not disturbing by salesmen, need good services (a'la carte restaurants, programs) and fine foods and drinks for their holiday with good pricing.

Great staff, good room, lovely location, room cleaned every day, plenty to eat and drink, could have been a little more variety however al a carte restaurants worth the extra few quid. Non stop eating and drink throughout the day, be sure to check the weather before you book.
