Falcon Hills Hotel

The hotel is full of Love ,and carrying people,they absolutely do anything for you as much as they can,nothing too much trouble for them. They are fantastic and soo genuine people.food is very tastie and felt safe all the way my stay.

Everything was nice, me and my husband every year there it's our second home , I highly recommend it, I'd like to thank all the staff

Evening / Salam Happy Eid Mubarak First time in Egypt, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best experiences ever. From stepping into the hotel we was greeted with open arms like family We was late on arrival For Dinner and the restaurant Manager sat us down with complimentary drinks and lots of nibbles . Big shout out to the Management team waiter, bar staff, chefs , cleaners. Life guards , Entertainment, Gardener etc etc If I forgot anyone , please forgive me We had an amazing time , will be back later in the year , loved it and the weather ️ Credit to you all , you work so hard Best wishes One Love Nicola and Megan ❤️❤️

Having never really been interested in visiting Egypt, we took a chance and decided to try this lovely super friendly hotel and now we have the bug!!! On arrival which was late at night, we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff then taken to our room. The room was in a great location on the first floor. The rooms are a really good size and very clean. We had a lovely balcony which overlooked the pool. The rooms are nice and quiet with air con and a bug screen. Bathroom was a good size with a very good supply of hot water. Once sorted, we went to the bar and were bought out rolls, cheese, meat and fruit as we had missed dinner. The manager a fantastic guy called Atya came out to say hello and from then on he was a friend for the whole holiday. The Spa at the hotel is fantastic as is the barber guy. There are 2 pools, the main one was pretty cold but it is early in the year and the heated pool was comfortable. If I had one complaint - the pool is not easy to get in and out of as the steps are very steep and slippery. The food was varied and tasty. You need an open mind when you go to these smaller hotels as they are not a chicken nugget and chips establishment. They have the most amazing fresh salads and lots of vegetables with traditional Egyptian food. Whilst there it was my 50th birthday and I was treated like a Princess. My husband asked the manager to arrange something special and I was blown away. There is a beach with a reef which costs 75 EGP per person. It is in walking distant,.but the taxi was cheap. Entertainment was fun in the evenings and the entertainment team during the day are great guys with wonderful energy. Overall it was a truly memorable holiday and I would recommend Falcon Hills to anyone. We are booked to return next year

All I can say is what a wonderful place with amazing staff. Our holiday was to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. Although our plans were initially to go out for a meal at a pre-booked restaurant my wife asked me if they could do anything at the hotel. I spoke to a manager and they arrange a magnificent night. All done in secrecy, but was well beyond what I expected. I couldn't of dreamed of anything better. We have already booked to come back and can see this becoming a regular destination for us.
