They need learn how to act in polite way with clients, worse staff in front desk, who reject help & assist, **** experience If I was the supervisor, I was fire the rude staff, guests always right, decline help guests, you do not worth being staff

A really nice hotel, enjoyed my stay there. The hotel is located next to the Sahara mall and bus stop and has transfer to a local beach. Hotel staff was friendly. My room was big and had all necessary amenities. Breakfast was good and different every day. Stayed in 2 other 4-star hotels in Emirates, this one was the best. The only thing that I didn’t like - it was quite noisy at nights because the windows of my room faced the road, so I had to sleep with earplugs on. But all in all it was a great stay!

The staff were very good, from front desk reception to the restaurant. The room was very good. The location was excellent.The breakfast sous chef - Raj - went out of his way to provide my wife with some very good gluten free waffles and pancakes - we are forever grateful. I would go and stay there again and definitely a high recommend.

We stayed in this place 1 y ago,it was amaising .This time unfortunately not,the washing machine not maintained, same as a fridge. The bath not giving impression to get in.But the maintainance team lovely ,also reception very nice and pleasure to talk.

The price is reasonable, it is clean, and its fragrant smells are very beautiful, soothing the nerves and making us happy. Dealings with the guests are pleasant and smiling, the rooms are beautiful and elegant, and when you request some needs, they provide them quickly and do not delay in fulfilling them.

Nice of the front desk they gave me free upgrade. Breakfast is OK, just the space a bit tight for the food. Location is good, can access the mall using the pedestrian bridge. Good value for money
