We love the ambience and everything about the hotel! Furnishing are very carefully and intentionally designed, really appreciated the overall cozyness we felt during our stay. Sadly we had to give the bathhouse a miss due to our schedule, but we enjoyed our stay regardless. The only confusion we had was the check in/check out timing — the hotel page says check out is 11am, but we got a phone call at 10am telling us we’ve exceeded the check out timing. Page also mentions check in by 6pm, but we were only able to arrive at 9pm+ due to our flight and car rental processes, hence we checked in multiple times with the hotel. They were kind enough to assure us to drive safely as we can check in any time.

Overall nice hotel with good Onsen. Sunset room had a good view of the ocean and the sunset. Lounge with drinks and snack is great. Breakfast for westerners a disaster as it caters to a mostly Japanese people with raw fish and veggies and is only available until 8.30am last entry. Ridiculous!

Everything is great！

I loved my stay here! The service is good and the staff are friendly. There's a small lounge area near the lobby of the hotel where you can access tea, coffee, sodas, beer, and some small snacks. My room was comfortable and spacious. The public bath was huge with 6 indoor pools of differing temperatures, an outdoor pool, and a sauna (or 2). The lounge at the bath area offers a vitamin c drink, isotonic drink, and popsicles. Meals were buffets with plenty to choose from and a couple of live stations. Food options leaned towards being western-influenced. 10/10 would stay again.

the price is really expensive I think because they charge the kids 70 % of an adult meal. And my kids hardly eats. The room was terrible the smell is mouldy and the toilet smells bad. We didn't have enough time to change rooms so we had to endure the smell for the night n my kids n I didn't sleep well. The good thing is the delicious buffet and great onsen.the staff at reception doesn't speak English and it's hard to communicate with them.

房間很好，能在這樣一個交通不方便的地方能有一家堪比五星級的酒店，真的很不錯，訂的一宿二泊，就是在山上不太方便，它家衹有在宇登呂巴士中心可以打電話派車接，我因為前一晚住酋長，大清早還要趕去知床中心，不想帶着行李，下午訂了徒步，司機會送我到kiki.但是行李步不行，就想先去kiki寄存行李，實在時間有點緊，最後酋長老闆娘送我上去的。除了交通，這家酒店都不錯，房間大，免費温泉，人還特別少，門口有免費的冰棍和飲料，大堂裏有森林主題的休息處，裏面有免費的咖啡巧克力餅乾和芝士。餐食的話看着擺盤挺多，其實品種並不豐富。味道也一般，但是牛奶和水果不錯~

房間非常乾淨衞生，酒店似乎是翻新的，酒店大堂很有設計感，看着寬敞舒服。房間衞生一絲不苟，訂的日落房check in時正趕上傍晚的晚霞，藍天白雲☁️浮冰十分壯觀。這裏就是個小漁村，地方不大人也少，吃飯衹有屈指可數幾家餐館，還都打烊得早。kiki的早餐味道可以，就是品種少了點，室外温泉♨️一般，看不到什麼風景，但很乾凈！kiki總之是一次令人愉悦體驗。夏天避暑再來，後會有期！

酒店雖然距離宇登呂巴士站有一定距離，但是好在可以請巴士站工作人員幫忙聯繫酒店來接。酒店地處半山腰，附近有一處夕陽觀景台，其實如果天氣好，酒店房間也能看到夕陽。餐食很棒，而且酒水也免費餐飲。温泉則一般，露天温泉沒什麼景觀

酒店非常乾淨，而且具有自然風味的現代化，房間很大，衞生非常乾淨，所有的東西，細節體現出的就是很棒，是我整個日本行程中，除了洞爺湖乃之風酒店外，又一個我覺得可以打滿分的酒店。温泉有一個室外的，3個室內的，餐飲的食材很棒，雖然種類不是很多。另外酒店有接駁車可以接送旅客來回宇登呂温泉中心。聯繫方式是打電話給前台或者預約，或者使用Line APP，但是國內基本不能下載Line，除非提前購買一個國外的apple ID。所以最好能有個日本的電話卡，直接給酒店前台打電話，讓他們派車來接。

設施非常的完備，距離自然中心很近，環境很美，晚上有小狐狸到訪。我們那天下大雪，車陷在了雪裡，酒店馬上派剷車來救我們了。晚餐樣式豐富，味道絕美酒隨便喝，酒鬼天堂。✌️

飯店位於山上，可以從高遠望海邊，傍晚流冰會流進港彎，早上又退回遠處不同時間欣賞不同風，很棒的體驗，👍
