After verification by the relevant departments of the hotel, during the one month pre authorization period, the cashier conducted a daily pre authorization cancellation test, which showed unsuccessful results. One month later, the bank was contacted to inform us that the pre authorization would be automatically cancelled after one month. We have contacted you multiple times, but the phone prompt has always indicated a shutdown status. We also tried our best to contact you through Ctrip customer service, but Ctrip replied that they were unable to contact you. Ctrip has now sent you an email, and you can check the details through the issuing bank. We deeply apologize for the unpleasant stay experience you had.
