The building is very well built and maintained. Exceptionally clean. I was given an upgrade for a room on the 21 st floor, thank you! Two of the older staff on the front desk spoke English, the younger staff seemed very nervous around me as the only foreigner in town. I couldn’t find the gym. There is a pool, but only for the brave in winter. Handy location next to the mall and supermarket, not far from the the East bus station where you can go to the region’s main attraction. The hotel really needs a washing machine and clothes dryer for self service laundry. I found the bed very firm. Very good value for money.

I say I saw many reviews that said the hotel was old and they weren’t very complementary. Yes, it’s an older hotel. It’s very grand and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very large. The bed was fine to sleep on as were the pillows, I can’t say I have any complaints. The locations is very good.

The location is in the center of the city within walking distance from Sun Yat Sen Memorial park There are a numerous restaurants around there The bus 22 service from High speed railway station to the hotel

Great size rooms. It’s an old Chinese 5 star hotel rebranded. Room smelt of smoke especially in the bathroom. Dinner was disappointing and breakfast was average. We had to keep asking for food at the buffet and they closed an hour early. Great service made up for lack of amenities.

酒店位置非常好，邊上就是韶關東站、汽車站、大潤發、風度步行街，早茶店有好幾家，吃飯出行逛街都很方便。設施很好，一邊是江景，另一邊是山城景，非常棒👍🏻，因為周圍方便，一直沒在酒店用餐，但我看到一樓餐廳飯點兒人很多，應該是不錯。

房間寬敞明亮，床墊舒適，床上用品乾淨整潔，地段好，停車方便，有汽車充電樁，距離東街很近，沿江邊步道風景優美。酒店一樓餐廳生意興隆，很多本地人吃飯飲茶。缺點是：前台給升級到21樓，本來心存感激，可料不到這個房間夜晚及凌晨會發出沉悶但又巨大的轟隆隆的聲音，似乎是電鋸，似乎是汽車發動機聲，房間還略微震動。問了前台，説無人裝修，派個服務員過來，服務員説是下月子中心用水引起水壓不均勻引起供水系統發出聲音，她給出的方案是換房。我們不願意收拾行李，希望深夜無人用水會好一點。豈料間或轟隆隆的直到凌晨四點。

這個酒店我比98分。2分扣在房間沒有智能化產品。但酒店各方面設施還是比較完善，乾淨衞生，隔音好，服務好，停車好👍位置靠江邊（本次住房1005），對湞江區的城市面貌一覽無遺，樓下就是商場，購物，電影，美食，按摩一應俱全，最值得推薦就是一樓的自助餐，一百多任吃，環境棒棒，火鍋，刺身，西餐，中餐，包廂什麼都有。這麼多的優點，少點智能化產品也不影響，畢竟酒店是用來休息的……推薦，推薦

由於入住時間較晚，已經是傍晚時分。前台小姐姐幫忙升級到最高22層的行政樓層，入住“2222”房間，總統套房就在隔壁😎😎城市景觀個人感覺比江景要好看（小tips：房間號為“樓層+房號”房號為雙數為城景，單數為江景）服務熱情，早餐很不錯，是韶關為數不多的小奢牌酒店

第三次入住，食到了自助早餐裏心心念唸的腸粉🥰 1.地理位置優越，江景無敵 2.工作人員熱情有禮，房間衞生👍 不足： 1.腸粉的豉油偏甜了🥹 2.老問題了，房間空調到底什麼時候不是24小時暖氣！第一天入住嘗試了開窗，製冷，送風，關掉空調，房間都是悶熱的，第二天一早請客房部送來風扇，能不能在我第四次去前解決這個問題啊啊啊啊啊！！！
