Mercure Hotel shantou High-speed railway Station anmeldelser

Been to 3 hotels on this trip, Mercure is the best. The services and cleanliness are impeccable. They were courteous and very helpful. The amenities are what was mentioned to the dot. Yes the place was close to the station which I have chosen, it's a bit way out to the city centre (if you don't mind the distance) . Nevertheless the rest suits us perfectly. I highly recommend this place.

Hotel location is good, room is tidy, overall is good and best price. I’m always come to stay when I have trip at Shantou

The Hotel appears to be new. Room size is adequate for a single person, but if you are sharing it, it is a little cramped. They provide all the necessary amenities. The reception staff did not speak English but were very helpful. They used a translation app to communicate. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the Shantou Railway station. It is about 30-35 minutes away from Chenghai.

Close to railway station, breakfast ok, room spacious and comfortable.

Dora Wang has been very helpful through our stay in the hotel. She has tried many attempts to help us sort out our local difficulties. She is an asset to the hotel. Thank you for the beautiful stay in the hotel.

Extended my stay for additional night. Same as previous; Excellent location near to the railway station. Hotel itself was clean and staff was friendly.

Very satisfied with this stay! The hotel service was super nice, Dora always kept a friendly smile, not only that, they actively helped us, recommended the Shantou attractions and so on, and connected the Wi-Fi. Every move is filled with professionalism and Affinity, made a deep impression. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, convenient transportation around, travel without pressure. The room facilities are very complete, clean and tidy, daily necessities are readily available

The hotel is clean, staff are friendly. The breakfast was okay, considering the selection of local food vs international food. Just eat some bacon, bread toast and coffee.

The hotel is super clean and comfy. Location is close the high speed train station of Shantou but a distance to the city centre. You can take a taxi or DD very easily to get to the city centre and the price is reasonable. We really enjoy our stay into this high-tech hotel. Highly recommended!

Service was good. Close to shantou station but a bit far from the attractions. Could improve on room cleaning - saw large coffee stain on floor and needed to call room service to mop it up
