hotel still have brand new ambience when we stayed. room is quite large and clean. breakfast is lacking.

早上8時多酒店的自助早餐食物盆都是空的，向職員反影亦沒有添加，酒店每晚有多少客人入住要準備多少份量的食物預訂系統都有數據，由此可見這酒店的管理有多差劣，酒店自助早餐要額外付費的，客人付了費用但收了費用後又不提供足夠食物是行騙嗎，茶沒有，豆䊢沒有，咖啡沒有，包子沒有，雞蛋沒有。。。。。入住體驗非常不好非常不滿意，我要求酒店退回兩位早餐費用。

酒店裝修還不錯，衞生方面不錯，比同等價格的維也納格調好一點，位置比較沒有優勢，在工業區裏面
服務：建議可以加個機器人送物，加個電車充電樁

非常非常滿意 早餐特別好吃，工作人員特別好，房間應該是給我們免費升級了，很大很明亮，窗外還可以看到海，附近還有小吃街，就是離市區有點遠

原本覺得自駕遊地方偏一點也無所謂，進出自己有車，但是不光地方很偏，還在化工廠裏面，貼着廠子，窗看出去一大片化工廠，工業區，訂的三晚到達後立馬退掉一晚。而且房間很臟，房間地上肉眼可見的沒有擦乾淨的飲料，被單、毛巾都有黃色污漬……一點不誇張！理解過節人手不夠，但是既然營業要賺過節費就麻煩做好與之匹配的服務！！！整個汕頭 潮汕地區房價都虛高的嚇人，真的不把消費者當人！！！

第一次入住這家凱里，位置在潮南高鐵站附近，可以看到海，高樓層，酒店還很不錯。服務很好。[愛心]

酒店真的超棒的（在這邊遊玩被坑慘了，但是這個酒店給了安慰）很乾凈整潔，阿姨人也很nice，前台的工作人員人也超好，連住了好幾天，體驗感100分，關鍵是很經濟實惠，還是智能的（懶人福音）窗外就是大海🌊（下次如果還去潮南還住這兒）充電器忘記拿了還打電話告知我們（住過好多酒店落下東西都不會通知的）好評好評。
