The Stay at Lisiman Xinsu was great with the incredible views outside our room. Eventhough it was slightly out of the town but we has a great time at this hotel! Cute Pony which like to take photo with us and 3 lovely Alaskan!

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome, and we greatly appreciated the personalized service throughout our stay. We loved feeding the many adorable animals, as well as the stunning view of the snow-covered fields and mountains. Everything—from the smiles to the thoughtful details, including the delicious snacks, comforting night soup, and fun photo-taking session—made our trip extra special. We had an amazing time! Traveling with small kids during winter is always a challenge, so I needed to find a convenient and comfortable hotel for my family. We chose Lisiman because of the unique experiences they offer, and they certainly didn’t disappoint. Although I was hoping for snow around the hotel, it had already melted, but the chilly weather added to the charm. The amenities were perfect, and the room’s heating system kept us warm and cozy. I especially loved the welcome tea and fruits, as well as the complimentary breakfast, tea time and photoshoot in traditional costumes—they truly made the stay memorable. The free pickup from the ancient town and drop-off at the train station in their exclusive car was a great touch and made traveling so much easier. With this level of hospitality, I didn’t mind paying a little extra. This was an experience I’d love to repeat, and I’ll definitely come back one day!

this is a very beautiful n peaceful place to stay in!! we were very worried about being too cold. but the room has superb heating (even in the toilet), a good humidifier and all the necessities! service was great too, complimentary fruits were so delicious. the animals came out to roam in the morning. we got to see a starry night. highly recommended

At first we contemplated to choose to stay here. But after much consideration, we decided to stay and forget about the price. As we decided that the experience here would be priceless! And we definitely grateful with the decision that we made. The whole place is so beautiful and charming. With animals running around, politeness of the staffs assisting our every needs, complimentary services provided by the hotel, this hotel is really cost- effective! We are greeted with warm tea, and then with complimentary afternoon coffee and cakes. Their coffee and cake are very delicious 🤤 We also get to experience wearing the ******* clothing and free photography session. As we are muslims, we need to pray for zuhur prayer. But the check out time is before zuhur time. The staff gave us a room to pray after we check out and we really appreciate their kind gesture. The staff also gave us free rides to halal restaurants and train station. We recommend people to stay here at least once, you will not regret it 🩷
