If you are reading this, straightaway make your booking. You will not regret it because this is the best accommodation in Balagezong. 1. Superb location. The same building with the entrance to the national park. The lobby is beside the counter tix. Yes u get free tix to the park. Just add 60Y for the shuttle tourist bus to go around the park. 2. The room and bathroom are very spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed. We have a very deep sleep after touring around in the day. 3. The host is really kind n helpful. He will assist you on everything and u will feel at home away 4. Superb View from window.

Stayed 2N as it's at entrance of Balagezong scenic area. Room is dated but appreciated the hot water shower, heated mattress, heater and comfortable beddings.. TV in the room is broken. It's non peak period and my request for river view room was turned down. On the floor I was staying, they had many empty rooms facing the river but most were left unkept and the doors were left opened. Think they have limited housekeeping staff. There was intermittent power outage during my stay and my electronic door lock wasn't working properly. I need the hotel staff to open my door.

The only good things we can say about this hotel are that it is conveniently located immediately adjacent to the scenic spot entrance and that the room had a pleasant view of the canyon. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the other aspects of our stay. The room and other hotel facilities were clearly in need of maintenance, despite being relatively new. The room was not very clean, the bathroom mirror was filthy, and various furnishings were in need of repair. The hotel staff were disinterested and unhelpful. We regretted staying at this hotel and recommended that prospective visitors consider staying elsewhere at Balagezong or, better still, returning to Shangri-La rather than staying in the area.

【丟失貴重物品，酒店態度冷漠，管理漏洞嚴重】 我是通過朗讀者電視節目知道和熟悉香格里拉巴拉格宗的，對這個聖地和創始人斯那定珠充滿敬仰～ 我懷着期待的心情入住了巴拉格宗水莊大酒店，但這次住宿經歷卻給我留下了深刻的負面印象。特別不幸的是，我在退房後發現遺失了一條貴重的黃金項鍊（價值4000多），經過仔細的回憶和確認，100%確定項鍊遺落在酒店房間的洗手池旁邊（如圖片箭頭處，如洗漱剮蹭也衹會掉在地上，旁邊沒有下水道和垃圾桶） 然而，當我向酒店工作人員反映這一情況並請求協助尋找時，他們嬉笑非常敷衍地迴應説“我們找一找問一問”讓我半小時後致電問結果，半小時後回電結果可想而知，工作人員卻讓我感到非常失望和不滿。儘管洗手池旁邊及附近沒有下水道和垃圾桶，理論上項鍊應該很容易被找回，但工作人員卻堅稱沒有看到項鍊。他們的態度顯得冷漠且缺乏應有的責任感，完全沒有提供任何實質性的幫助或解決方案。 更讓人生氣的是，工作人員在處理我的問題時態度嬉笑且敷衍，完全沒有把客人的需求放在心上。當天晚上，我思慮了很久還是決定報警。在警方的督促下，工作人員才稍微認真對待，至少查了下監控並回復了幾次電話。但他們的回覆卻讓我感到更加憤怒和無奈，他們竟然問我同行的朋友是否佩戴了一條項鍊，是不是我的（實際上，我朋友佩戴的是彩金項鍊，與我遺失的項鍊完全不同款式，而且我提前提供了遺失物品的照片給工作人員）。 這次事件不僅讓我遭受了經濟損失，更重要的是，它暴露出了酒店管理方面存在的嚴重漏洞。對於客人遺失貴重物品的情況，酒店應該有一套完善的處理流程和應急預案，但顯然，巴拉格宗水莊大酒店在這方面做得遠遠不夠。 我強烈建議酒店方面能夠重視客人的反饋和投訴，加強員工培訓和管理，提升服務質量和應急處理能力。同時，也希望其他即將入住的客人能夠引以為戒，注意保管好自己的貴重物品，以免遭遇類似的不愉快經歷。
