It is a great stay, near to attractions, helpful staffs to help us with carrying luggage and bags, even sent us to our car pickup station.

The hotel location is very good. Not at the centre but near the ancient city. Very convenient for muslim travellers also as the hotel is located near halal restaurant. Just walked for about 3-5 min. The hotel room is very clean. Also got a free room upgrade. The staff is very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Owner is very responsive with my questions. The owner will fetch you at the Shangrila high speed railway station if you stayed for at least 2 nights. Nice and simple breakfast was provided, great thumb up for the lady who prepared the breakfast in early morning. They will carry your luggage to your room as the room is located at level 2 (by stair). We have also washed our cloth in their hotel lobby (with soap provided). Owner is very caring where they provided the oxygen provider to us in our room. Overall good experience.

Location is great, free drop off to airport. staffs are very nice and helpful, breakfast is delicious! Room is clean and spacious.

Love our homestay, free station pickup and welcome with free afternoon tea. Laundry machine and detergent are available for use without extra charge. They even help us with our luggage during check in and check out. They offered to send us to station after check out for free even though it was not included in our booking. Room equiped with oxygen supply. The location is just next to Dukezong Ancient Town. Lots of eateries, supermarket and ancient costume rental nearby which makes everything very convenient. Didi taxi to Songzanlin Monastery only cost CNY12 one way.

The location is good, just outside the ancient city. And they provide free transport to the train station. Everything else is nothing much to shout about, compared to our other hotels during the stay. The biggest downside is the heating, which is centralised and we can't control on our own. So even though it says there is floor heating, the room is still very very cold at night. Luckily the bed has heating but it is a bit too hot. So at night we were caught in the dilemma of the bed being too hot but the room being too cold.

This was our first time visiting Shangri-La and we chose to stay here. They are very helpful, they have a shuttle service from the train station and also offer tours. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, the floor is warm.And in the room there is an oxygen machine and a humidifier. Very impressed with the visit to this city. We recommend staying here when visiting Shangri-La.

Location very good. But it’s very cold at night although they have centralised warmer but still cold. Overall Shangrila is a rural area. Hence hard to find accommodation that fit our expectation. If you don’t put much expectation, this place is good to stay, consider the environment surrounding with mountains, farmers, cows, agriculture. They provide free breakfast. Suggest them to put more focus on details, such as the hangers, the toilet got smell, some workmanship not nice in the room. The humidifier machine very noisy. Couldn’t sleep at night.

Hotel is a good location and good service The rooms are clean and comfortable Everytime I need to help, the staff would respond to me quickly If next time I go back to Shangri-La, I will stay here again.

The hosts were very friendly and helped us with our luggages especially when we are travelling as a bunch of females. Shangrila as a destination was amazing and the hotel is decently located right outside of 独克宗古城, a walking distance from one of the entrance with lots of shops.

Great service and location. the oxygen supply is assuring and the warm friendly service is excellent.
