We are a muslim family of 5 (2A,3C-13,11,9). The hotel picked us up from the railway station. We arrived early so they sent us to town for us to walk around.
The staffs are very friendly and accommodating.
The room is clean and spacious. ******* luxury vibe.
Animals (sheeps, ponies, deers, huskies) are adorable and friendly.
We requested to go for horse riding. The hotel took is to a nearby area at the napahai. Around 10mins. We loved it, It was a memorable experience for us all.
Perfect experience and we wish to come back if we have the chance.
For halal food: we ate in town. Hotel offers no pork no lard no alcohol items as well.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The room was spotless and very great, but the real highlight was the view absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to such a stunning landscape each morning made our trip truly special.
The location was ideal for exploring the area, and we appreciated how quiet and peaceful the atmosphere was in the evenings. It was the perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with exceptional service and unforgettable scenery. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous room with a gorgeous view. Super cosy room to just chill and enjoy the vast landscape of the grassland and mountain range. Room is well equipped with oxygen generator, humidifier, Marshall speaker, Dyson hairdryer. We were well fed throughout the day with tea (cake and coffee), supper (boiled milk dessert), breakfast. Also, the hotel is just 10 min from the train station and the staff provides complimentary pick up service. Will recommend this affordable luxury gem to others.

The hotel was nicely designed, not the nearest to the city centre but not an issue calling a car for hire via DiDi. You get really nice mountain views and the main draw must be the adorable animals on the compound - dogs, horses, deers, swans, sheep.
Staff is generally quite warm but not the most attentive. A specific incident left a rather bad impression - one of the huskies was being a little too playful and tried following the supervisor into the field despite him telling it not to. In a fit of anger, he kicked the dog multiple times and even threw a rake at it to scare it off. It seemed like a normal occurrence as none of the staff flinched at the scene. Just disconcerting, seeing how the hotel prides itself on being an animal-friendly place.

Perfect scenery and location. Service was top notch. Room was very clean, comfortable, and has branded items such as Dyson and Marshall. Concierge is very friendly. Whole place gives off a good vibe

We were greeted by three friendly staff the moment we alighted from the car. There were also fruits and snacks brought to our room, a thoughtful gesture after a long journey. The hotel also provided deserts at night but we didn’t get to try as we returned late after exploring the ancient city. We had the breakfast which was included in the stay and got to say it was the best breakfast spread we had in our whole Yunnan trip.
We booked the hotel for the view and it certainly did not disappoint. Waking up to the majestic mountains and little farm animals was the highlight of our trip. The large farm and animals belonged to the hotel and we were free to roam around to take photos. Every spot was photogenic.
There was also a complimentary photoshoot in traditional costumes with three photos to takeaway. We were satisfied with how the photos turned out and bought extra from the shop.
Do note that it’s located about 15-20mins drive from the ancient city. Wasn’t an issue for us because the magnificent view and fantastic service as absolutely worth it.
We have nothing but praises for this hotel. Our only regret was not staying an extra night.

Great staff they helped a lot. They provide free pick up and drop off to the train station.
Also multiple free gifts: photo shoot with traditional clothes.
Feeding the animals was nice thing to do
