Love it all about the hotel. The service there is super wonderful with a great and friendly staff! The location is super near to the high speed train station (10-15 mins by car) and also near to the old town (20mins by car). The hotel vibe is super amazing with nature surrounded and the green grassland with animals plus the mountain view right in front of the room. All the facilities and accommodation are great. Will surely going back by any chances. Highly recommended! 😊✨

The Best Hotel I’ve Ever Stayed At! The location is superb—just near the railway station. From the moment we entered the parking area, we were warmly greeted by three staff members who immediately assisted with our luggage. Check-in was smooth and efficient. They even escorted us to our room and helped with our bags, offering complimentary fruits and snacks upon arrival. What truly made this place special was the breathtaking scenery—ponies, deer, geese, and even Alaskan-style views. It felt like a peaceful countryside retreat. They also surprised us with warm soup and fresh milk, served straight to our room. Another bonus? Free laundry service! Highly recommended for anyone who loves comfort, nature, and outstanding hospitality.

Absolutely amazing stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — always on standby and ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was cozy and clean, and the view was simply breathtaking. One of the highlights was the free-roaming animals like dogs, ponies, goats, and alpacas — it truly felt like living in a fairytale on the grasslands. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Shangri-La. Highly recommended!

The services rendered to us was excellent. The staffs were frendly. This include their kitchen staff. They also accomodated our request to send us to the nearest fresh fruit market late evening without any extra cost. The view from our room was awesome overlooking the snowcapped mountains. We will definitely come here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. What stood out immediately was how responsive and efficient the team was through the group chat they created for guests. It felt like having a concierge in your pocket—fast, friendly, and always ready to help. One moment that really impressed me: I had sent my laundry in (yes, they offer complimentary laundry service—not just machines, but actual washing and drying done for you!), and I noticed one of my socks was missing. I casually asked about it in the group chat while I was having breakfast near the reception area. To my surprise, I saw a staff member literally sprint off from the reception and return shortly after—with my missing sock in hand! That level of attentiveness was genuinely remarkable. There was a little hiccup when the hotel forgot our advance booking for transport. We were initially told to book our own as their cars were all taken, which left us pretty dissatisfied—especially since it wasn’t a last-minute request. But while I was venting to my friend, one of our butlers overheard us and quietly stepped in. She said she'd help us out—and to our surprise, she personally booked a DiDi ride for us using her own money. We were honestly amazed by that level of care, and it meant so much that we later decided to bring her a little taste of our local delight as a thank-you gift. The hotel also offers complimentary afternoon tea, complete with barista-made coffee and cakes—a perfect treat to enjoy while soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. Speaking of which, the view from my room was incredible—lush, open grasslands that made every moment feel peaceful and grounding. They also offer a car service to take you to nearby points of interest, but to be honest, the hotel itself was such a gem that I could have easily stayed in the whole time. Between the view, the service, and the food (the in-house restaurant is also worth mentioning—delicious meals and lovely ambience), I never felt the need to venture far. This hotel nails it when it comes to comfort, hospitality, and thoughtful touches. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and memorable stay. Bonus: they have three adorable chowskis roaming around the property, and one of them can even open the lobby door. 🐾 Honestly, that alone made my day. If you’re looking for a comfy, heartwarming escape—this is it. Would definitely return

This is the best resort I have stayed in my life. Service is exceptional, felt well taken care of. Environment is great, very relaxed, never felt so free before. Will definitely stay here again if I'm coming back.
