LISIMAN Xinsu Yusiye Oxygen Supply Manor (Shangri-La Branch)

I stayed at Lisiman Xinsu in Shangri-La for 2 days, and it was a truly memorable experience. Despite the rainy weather, the views were still incredibly beautiful — misty mountains and lush greenery that made the whole place feel serene and magical. The service was excellent; the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. One of the highlights of the stay was the ******* photography experience — it was such a fun and unique way to immerse ourselves in the local culture and take home some amazing memories. The property also had lots of adorable animals roaming around, which added a lovely charm and made the stay even more delightful, especially for animal lovers. Overall, Lisiman Xinsu offers a peaceful retreat with a great balance of natural beauty, cultural experience, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Shangri-La!

We booked this hotel mainly for the beautiful view, and so far we’re very satisfied with everything! What we saw in the photos matched exactly what we got during our stay. The receptionist could speak English and was very helpful and welcoming. One of the best parts is that the hotel offers laundry facilities, which made things super convenient for us. Overall, we’re extremely happy with our stay here!

We booked this hotel mainly for the beautiful scenery and adorable animals! A pity that we didn’t get to explore outside much due to the rainy weather but the view was still lovely. We were offered a free room upgrade to one with a balcony, which was such a nice gesture. The staffs were friendly and helped carry our luggage up to the room. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were also served with warm yak milk at night which was such a comforting treat especially with the chilly weather. Also, the hotel is very near to the railway station and airport.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. the convenient location, smooth check-in process, amenities and the view was magnificent. Thank you for the excellent service. I would definitely recommend this place to others and hope to return again!

I don't think 5/5 stars is enough to describe our stay here in this hotel. Aside from the spectacular facilities we can read from the hotel's page - we were pleasantly surprised by how the staff goes well above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and memorable. My mother lost her phone in the morning before we left for our tour and we only came back at 6pm. We reported this to the hotel staff, and they courteously helped to look for the phone for 2 hours. They finally found the phone in the garden. We are truly thankful for the experience in the hotel

My experience staying at this hotel is very good. I would say their service is really good and during my stay, all my request and necessities has been fulfilled. They even provide warm drinks at night. They provide free pickup from the station and even sent my family to my next hotel. The environment and view in this hotel is indescribable, it is very pretty yet calming. The room is very clean and spacious. All the animals their are also very cute and friendly. My family had a really good stay here and would recommend this hotel to our friends and families. If ever I went to Shangri-La again, I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
