Great place to stay in. The owners were especially warm and welcoming, the room is comfortable and has everything you might need during winter, and the location is very convenient. 很不错，老板非常热情、房间好舒服、地点好方便。

The hotel is nice but was not kept properly. Its located on the old town, convenient. It is really dirty 😞

This place is run by the kindest, friendliest people we have met. The facilities were great and new but the people were the highlight. We ate with them, drank tea with them, learnt so much from them. They helped us with whatever we needed without charge.

The staff gave consciously gave us a room with a broken door lock and did not even inform us. When we realized that we can’t lock the door and asked the employee about it he got really defensive and started to quarrel with us :) also, the rooms are all facing the courtyard which makes it impossible to sleep when someone is there. On our first and last night there were people there until midnight. On the good part the location is good and the other employee was more considerate and made sure we have all the necessities.

真對不起老闆 到的時候是半夜十一點多了 打電話把老闆吵醒了 但是老闆並沒有像評論説的那樣態度不好 相反還很隨性大方 房間很乾凈很大 地暖很暖和 電熱毯效果非常好 半夜零下的温度給我熱醒了 水熱的很快 吹風機很好用 交通比較方便 性價比很高 應該算是同價位中最好的了 看到房間的第一眼就果斷續住 非常好 下次再來香格里拉一定會選擇這一家

我們住的這家店位置確實不錯，挨着四方街，兩分鐘就能走到，處於古城中心，逛古城也方便，還省了拖着行李走老遠的麻煩，出行挺便利呢環境也很舒適，最重要的是老闆人很熱情，房間也很乾凈，還帶地暖，這個季節裏的香格里拉，應該是不錯的選擇吧！

哇，這家民宿挺讓人舒心的呀，裝修風格很合我心意，還有花花草草點綴，氛圍挺好呢。老闆和前台姐姐都很熱情，還幫忙抬行李，服務很周到呀。月光廣場夜景也很美，建議大家打卡一下哦!

住了3個晚上，幫大家總結下這家民宿的整體條件（各位聲音敏感者慎重選擇哈）。 由於是藏式住房，隔音相當差，住在一樓不免要受樓上行走、拖移東西的聲音幹擾。但最持續的聲音困擾是，這家民宿從晚上八點後開始吧，一直到晚上十一二點不等，就在打牌聊天。我説好歹也是按照民宿在經營吧，至少考慮下客人的住宿感受吧，這整得跟自個家一樣，未免有些過於鬆弛了吧😅 除此之外，房間有電熱毯、暖氣，被子也挺暖和的，倒是不用擔心被凍着。

客棧衞生整潔，有電熱毯和地暖，房間的電視還開了vip，出門就是古城，交通真的很便利，我都續住了兩天在這，客棧很實惠了在香格里拉，很貼心，老闆和大叔服務也很好，尤其是大叔，必須得給大叔好評，大叔是本地人，很熱情，服務非常好，什麼問題都幫我們解決，
