Absolutely lovely, comfortable and very convenient to walk around the old town. The boss and his spouse are friendly and helpful enough to provide us with travelling information.

Nice location within the old town, smooth check in & check out, clean rooms with all standard amenities incl underfloor heating and humidifier. Very helpful and friendly hosts, made us feel welcome at all times which was much appreciated. Free transportation to the airport arranged free of charge as well. Would recommend Konggu Youlan Inn to all future visitors of Shangri-La. Thank you

Loved the design of the room. The bed was very comfortable. Location is convenient walk to old city main square and the owner was very helpful and friendly.

It was such a great stay. The hotel is 2mins walk from the center of the ancient town, you can go everywhere in a blink of an eye. The hotel is supper clean, feel like home to me. It looks exactly like the pictures. The host is very supportive. He suggested 3 local restaurant for us to try during our 3 days here, and not one I can complain, both were supper nice, great dishes and not expensive. He even drove us to the airport early in the morning free of charge. Really recommend this hotel.

We wish we could spend more nights here. The staffs were so helpful and insightful. The location of the hotel is strategic, not so far from the shops and main attractions.

I wondered why nobody find out this hotel. It’s treasure. Affordable price. Excellent location. Is a family run business. Love every single details of the rooms. Love the heating floor which really keep us warm. Friendly host. Must come to see yourself

Everything was perfect. The master helped us a lot with booking bus to Balagezong + Shambhala and recommended good restaurants. First time having Yak’s hotpot and WE LOVE IT!

This is essentially an inn that is plush in some renovation details but severely lacks warmth. The entire reception and dining area is frigidly cold. Checking into the room, it was so icy we couldn't even take a rest in it. As we headed out to get a late lunch, we asked the lady if they had portable heaters for the night. She said she had just turned on the floor heating and the room should be warmer when we get back. When we returned about 3 hours later, it was still uncomfortably chilly as cold air was seeping through the gap under the door and gliding along the marble flooring into the timber floor where the underlay heating was. The whole design is just wrong and unsuitable for the climate. The disposable towels are a joke! Imagine being in a cold room and having to dry off with a thin piece of paper towel the size of an A3 paper. Everything was damp and soggy including myself. Luckily we were given proper towels the next day after we asked. The first day experience was so bad we were considering leaving the next day. However, we know the innkeeper and family are trying their best and it's not so bad once the room warmed up. A few improvements would really help especially during the winter months: 1. Floor heating must be turned on at least 6 hours before guests check in. 2. Proper bath towels are essential. 3. A thick rug on the marble floor from the door to the timber floor. 4. Try to keep the common space warm (might be difficult given the huge double volume space).

客𣏾的設計表現清雅舒適，是旅客的休閑之所；店內有隨意任用的洗衣機，十分方便我們清洗堆積下的污衣；加上老闆黃聰的貼身服務態度，真的是完美。客𣏾的地點很讃，10分鐘內已到達古城最熱鬧的食肆，廣場，大佛寺，金剛𨍭…. 本人離店時遺下充電線，老闆竟然用快遞送到我下一個留宿的酒店，堅持不收任何費用，我真的非常感謝。

一家人出去旅遊，網上選了很多家，看到這家評論不錯，抱着嘗試的心態，入住後體驗度完全沒有失望，位置在古城裡麪，可以直接開車到樓下，老闆和老闆娘都很熱情，雖然在古城內也很安靜，不嘈雜。重點是客棧內裝修很民族特色，房間格局很新穎，雖然都是木製但不會顯得古舊，客用品都是一次性的，很體貼，很乾凈，房間是地暖，整體體驗感很不錯，我會推薦給朋友。
