The house is very convenient, nice environment and owner. The hotel is inside Dukezong Ancient City.
So, easily for you go anywhere by bus or didi too.
You could come experience this hotel.

The room and bed is very clean, no odor nor any cigarettes smell. Bathroom is clean and it even has smart toilets installed. The owner is kind and friendly. She is very talkative and makes you feel at home. She also offers travelling advices for those in need. Amenities wise, they have everything you need except for a water dispenser. However, you can simply just ask for water at the counter and the owner will generously provide you with as much mineral water as you need.

Great stay! The hotel is in a quiet area but very close to the old town and halal restaurants—perfect for exploring and dining. The place was clean and comfortable. The host and staff were very kind and even helped us carry our luggage to the taxi point. Highly recommend!

I had a very pleasant stay here. The host was very nice and helpful, offering warm hospitality and assistance throughout my stay. The host help me to find driver to bottomless lake.
The room was comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with bidet and room warmer that were especially appreciated given the cooler weather.
The location also near to ancient city and halal restaurants.

Great location—very close to the Ancient Town, yet in a peaceful, quiet area. It’s 50 meters from the taxi drop-off point and the road to the homestay little bit uphill so be prepared for a short walk with luggage. The owner was very helpful and kindly assisted us with our luggage.
There was a electric heated mattress, which kept us warm while sleeping, and 1 room heater provided. However, the heater wasn’t quite enough to warm the entire room, and unfortunately there’s a gap in the door (couldn’t close tightly), which allowed cold air to enter and made the room even colder.

A beautifully located classic ******* hotel in the heart of the city center with a friendly and hospitable host ❤️. Our room offered a lovely view of the city and was well-prepared for the cold winter days in March: heating, an electric blanket, and a clean bathroom with heat lamps and a heated toilet.
Unfortunately, we canceled our stay after one night 😢: the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. The extremely hard mattress made it feel like you were sleeping on the protruding springs. If the hotel can improve this, it would be a fantastic place at an affordable rate!

Friendly staff. Apart from the water that took a while to drain at the shower area, everything functioned well in the room. Walking distance to the Dukezong Ancient Town with many food stores. I hailed Didi cab easily for the train station at the entrance of the ancient town.

The inn is near the gate around 5mnts walking distance, near to square market also, the room is clean and spacious, have electric blanket and portable heater so no worries if you travel in winter season, the owner can speak english and very helpful, they help me to book day trip to Balagezong without extra charges. the view around the inn very beautiful as you can see the town from second floor.
