Love the interior Design, look exactly like the picture they uploaded.  everything is brand new, got the oxygen pumping, humidifier and floor heating. Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The complementary Breakfast was actually one of my favorite meal here in Yunnan. Would definitely stay here again!!! 很喜歡酒店設計 沒有一點照騙 設備，都是全新的。 有地暖，供氧和保濕. 是我目前在雲南住過最好的酒店。 員工都非常有善及幫忙 ，早餐都很適合我們廣州人口味。算是我們在這裏吃過其中一頓最合胃口及口吃的一頓。 下次再來一定會再次入住！

The hôtel is situated close to the old Town, which was convenient. The room was very clean and the floor heating was welcome in these cold winter nights. The staff was super accomodating and kind. Would recommend

This is an awesome homestay. Very new. They provided everything we could think of. Heated floor. Oxygen. Very warm and comfy bathrobes. Lovely welcome desserts and a little snack bag for us to take on our train ride to Dali. The staff are young and friendly and very helpful. They have a resident dog and cat who make the place feel homey. Location wise, it’s just by the entrance of the old town. Very convenient. I wished I stayed more days.

Communicated with the hotel through WeChat one day priror to our arrival to request assistance with pick-up from the railway station. The manager came to help us with our luggages and even waited patiently for us to takeaway some lunch back to the hotel. We were grateful that the room was ready upon our arrival which was 1 hour earlier than the normal check in time. All the staff were very welcoming and approachable whenever we needed clarifications. After settling us into the room, they sent an afternoon tea break which consist of a local snacks and a warm dessert soup, something we truly needed as we were nursing a flu and slight altitude sickness. We spent the afternoon recuperating in the room thanks to the oxygen diffuser and heated bed/floors and only headed out at night to go to Dukezong which was within walking distance. When we asked the staff if they could store our luggages after check out the next day while we continue to explore napahai before our late evening flight, they even kindly offered to let us wash up upon our return. However after some thoughts, we decided to extend our booking for one more day so that we could enjoy the room amenities before our flight and we certainly did not regret it. Drop off to the airport was also provided free of charge!

Overall this hotel worthwhile to stay with very friendly service and nice location

來一場說走就走的旅行，朋友推薦來香格里拉，我在攜程上面看了這一家酒店比較新，而且裏面的裝修適合我的心意，所以選了它！這個決定簡直是太對了，酒店有接送的服務，店長10分熱情亦很有責任心，服務員小妹妹給我的感覺真的是很親切，給了我很多去旅行景點的建議，每天回酒店就好似回家的感覺！房間本身也沒有讓我失望，空間足夠大設計得有格調，是我喜歡的風格，晚上回到酒店之後還可以來一個泡泡浴，為我的旅程提供了更加多的舒適感！四月的香格里拉還不是最漂亮的時候，不過我會在它最漂亮的時候再次重臨，當然我還會選擇住這一間民宿，雖然他是一家民宿，但是給我的感覺比很多酒店都還要好很多，民宿的水龍頭以及沖涼設備採用的都是名牌，洗手盆的水一打開就有熱水，房間設計合理，服務態度又好，這個價錢我覺得真的值得！ 设施：基本設施齊全，10分欣賞房間有掛燙機 卫生：很乾淨，沒有任何問題 服务：簡直太好了，店長及小妹妹的服務態度真的是十分之nice！

本來剛到是有點失落的，因為發現古城這裏民宿超多沒有仔細找。但是！！！ 入住後體驗可太好了！ 床舒服的我以為定的是2k+酒店，牙刷用的類鬃毛圓頭軟毛，地暖還搭配了加濕器，住了兩天都沒有出現臉乾的情況，供氧可以24小時（救了高反的我倆）。 店長和小妹妹都主動詢問需求，而且位置是在距離月光廣場步行七八分鐘的位置，避免了古城裡麪車多路窄停車困難的情況～ 早餐的米線也很好吃～ 甄選迎賓水果:挺好

從踏入酒店大堂的那一刻起，就被温暖貼心的服務所打動！前台小姐姐/小哥哥笑容親切，辦理入住高效利落，還主動介紹了周邊美食和景點攻略。客房設計簡約大氣，床品柔軟親膚，一覺睡到自然醒，隔音效果超棒，完全聽不到走廊的雜音。 浴室乾濕分離，備品是知名品牌，淡淡的清香瞬間緩解旅途疲憊。更驚喜的是，房間每天會補充新鮮水果，這種細節關懷真的讓人倍感温暖！ 早餐種類豐富，從現煮米線到麪食一應俱全，食材新鮮，味道完全不輸外面的餐廳。酒店位置也很優越，提供接送服務，機場到酒店衹要10分鐘，去哪裡都超方便～ 在這裏，每一盞燈都像在説晚安，每一句問候都帶着温度。酒店不衹是一個落腳點，更像旅途中的温柔驛站。

設施：設施齊全，能想得到的房間都有，特別天氣冷的氣候，地暖相當給力。 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：酒店設計感非常好 服務：酒店的小姐姐和帥哥都非常貼心，門口接送，走的時候還送了路上喝的水。

一入到酒店門口已經有賓至如歸嘅感覺，晚上落大雪，他們拿傘去接我們落車，全部行李幫我攞上房，逐一介紹房裏的設施開定地暖，幫我們叫**送上樓，第二朝早上豐富嘅早餐還細心安排了額外的水給我們沿途享用，在一次機會去香格里拉，我都會選擇這個酒店

賓至如歸的地方，前台小哥小姐姐服務特好，無可挑剔 我們的車一到，他們連忙跑出來幫我們提行李 早餐茶點全部安排的妥妥的 房間很像家的感覺，很舒服 提供洗衣機可以免費洗衣服，烘乾 我們離開時特意安排車載我們去車站，還送上小禮物 真心希望多年以後，回來還會入住這家

香格里拉雲駐山如禾民宿的雙床房真的太棒了！整個酒店設計高端大氣上檔次，兩張床鋪寬敞舒適，當晚睡得特別香。民宿位置在古城外圍，很安靜，讓人感覺特別鬆弛，服務也很到位，前台管家們熱情又貼心，這裏要給前台店長、管家們大大點個贊！公共區域還有個陽光房花園，比室外暖和不會感覺到冷，可以坐在院子裏喝茶聊天，客房和大堂的地暖特別給力，房間有彌散式供氧，給人感覺太舒適了！總之，這次入住體驗非常滿意，強烈推薦給大家！下次來香格里拉還選這裏！！！
