There was someone to pick us up from the city area upon request. We also followed his car to the city area as the receptionist mentioned it was hard to get a car from the area. Lovely atmosphere. The view at night (stars) was amazing and that alone was worth staying a night! Plenty of activities and we had a great breakfast too. Fed deers which was a great experience. Teh people working there once again is amazing.

We liked staying at this resort. It is not far from Shangri-La City and Napa Hai. They have activities and breakfast (It would have been nice if there was a vegetarian option, even a simple vegetarian noodle dish). We really liked the driver 鲁茸克主, who took us around and chatted with us. The design of the rooms and common area are charming. Unlimited coffee and tea keep the common area inviting. We appreciated the underfloor heating and oxygen because we did have an altitude reaction.

Beautiful Hotel with magnificent view. Around 15 minutes drive from the old town, where the restaurants are. But you can opt to dine in at the hotel, they serve great quality food. The room is very spacious with complete amenities. Special thanks to Lobsang, who have been very informative and helpful during our stay.

Very beautiful hotel with excellent services. Recommend for everyons

We recently stayed 4 nights here in November and it was a true 5 star experience from the moment we arrived. Our driver wondered why we chose to stay at a “remote” area but it was so peaceful and and view is breathtaking especially during the golden sunrise hour. Our 2 young kids had so many highlights from feeding the animals to toasting marshmallow and singing karaoke in front of the campfire and under the stars. Shangrila was the highlight of our 2 weeks in Yunan and we look forward to staying here again.

The views at this hotel is amazing, it’s quiet in October without much visitors so there is a lot of privacy. The hosts and staff are very responsive and helpful! We had a room upgrade and staff allowed for late checkout when we were sick. Food was quite good and we enjoyed the campfire night. Many thanks to Xiao Gao 小高 for helping us throughout our stay.

Very kind hospitality, the hotel is very scenic

The location of Everest Point Hotel is simply unbeatable. Perched on a hill overlooking the stunning Napahai wetlands, the views are absolutely breathtaking. Every morning, I woke up to a misty panorama that looked like it came straight out of a fairy tale. The hotel's grounds are home to adorable alpacas and gentle deer, which added a magical touch to our stay. It was surreal to sip my morning coffee while watching these beautiful creatures graze peacefully nearby.

This homestay was a very unique and nice place to check out. The atmosphere was great and is a great escape from the city. The service was impeccable and the rooms were very clean and stylish. The only complaint I would have would be that there were too many noisy kids during our stay which kind of ruined the calm atmosphere.

We had a fantastic experience staying here. The room was clean and beautifully designed. The manager and staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

可以説是這次香格里拉之行最令人驚喜的地方了，來之前在這家和英迪格之間糾結了很久，事實證明完全沒選錯。酒店位於納帕海依拉草原邊上，正對着石卡雪山，到達前一天有管家小姐姐提前聯繫，並給升級了一間正對雪山景觀的房間，工作人員都很熱情友善，感覺在這上班是很幸福的，能夠感染到住客。房間設施比較完善，地暖製氧機加濕器電動馬桶齊全。自帶小院很漂亮，是個令人放鬆的好地方。如果非要説一點美中不足的話，就是早餐不太符合這個價位的水平，建議可以設定成菜單單點的形式，在前一天確認好，避免浪費，菜品更精緻一些就更好了，還有忌口這些細節問題可以關注一下。總體來説非常推薦，下次還會再來的

第一次來香格里拉直接住納帕海 避開古城的商業 在這裏發呆了兩天 選到這個客棧也太舒服 非常適合休閑度假 雖然來的季節草地黃禿禿的 但是選對了客棧還是感覺很美啊 躺在床上可以看到雪山 下樓可以喂可愛的小動物 還有客棧的人都太友好了吧 安排接送機非常準時 實名錶揚魯茸克主帥哥 進進出出都很照顧客人 還有早中晚餐都很好吃 足不出客棧都不會餓肚子 重點來了！對於挑剔的人 這個酒店簡直很滿意！很乾凈！全屋地暖，在房間雨夾雪的天氣可一點都不冷，全屋智能，懶人福音了！還有一次性吸氧設備，第一天晚上高反吸了半小時就恢復了！總之！！！非常滿意！不是託，不是託，不是託，重要的事説三遍～

超級原生態的一家酒店，窗外風景非常貼近自然，酒店內服務到設施到體驗感都超級滿意～管家會提前聯繫客人，並熱情的外出迎接。房間內也提前準備好當地特色小吃。房間內的設備都是自動化的，地暖、加濕器、供氧機都配備齊全。早上用完午餐可以到草原喂喂羊駝和小鹿，晚上酒店會召集所有客人在院子裏舉辦篝火晚會，這裏要提到魯茸克主小哥哥，附近服務好很善談，唱歌也是一絕～夜晚伴隨着歌聲歡笑聲還有繁星點點，絕對是脱離城市喧囂的絕好住宿！下次還會再來！
