Shangri-La Banxia Time Homestay (Dukezong Ancient City Branch)

Out of all the hotels I stay in Yunnan this is the best by far. This is why I think the stay is great : - the owners are very friendly and helpful, he helped me to book ebike, gave us the locations that we can go for ebike, we explore the Napa Lake via ebike and it was mesmerizing - he picked us up and send to railway station for free - the location is superb, around 15-20 min drive to railway station, walking distance to guishan park, and also in the ancient Dukezong city where we can stroll around at night - a lot of halal food nearby - the room is so nice, they have smart toilet with bidet. The shower is heavenly, the shower pressure is perfect. They also have portable O2 if you need it - a lot of malaysians stays here and the owner was very patient talking to us with a translator - During our stay, all of his guests were malaysian. Thank you so much to the owners for such a pleasant stay.

Perfect stay for us. The best hospitality, facilities, everything. The owner very friendly and helpful. The property located very strategic in the Dukezong Ancient City. They also provided washing machine, dryer and oxygen machine. For muslim, halal food is just nearby. Around 150m walking distance. The owner also providing pick-up and send off to railway station for free. High technology room control. Recommended for stay.

Owner really friendly and helpful. He will help you in everything you need. The room really spacious and clean. Really recommended to stay here during your vacation as they provide pick up service too!

The location is right inside Dukezhong ancient town. The hotel is very clean and comfy, the room also provides you with the oxygen machine and the bed has heated padding lay over it. The boss and lady boss is very kind and helpful! They have picked us up from the train station as well as drop us off to the train station without any fee. They have also given us some food and souvenir shop reco that provide very affordable price range.

It was a pleasure stay. The owner gave free ride for pick up and drop off to Shangri-La railway. The owner is so kind I wish I could speak their language. The hotel is so pretty and comfortable. You can see the big temple view from outside and inside the hotel. The room is so large and bed is so comfy. I am not so sure it was so cold but with the blanket I feel the warmth. It has oxygen concentrator for you if you have acute motion sickness. Lastly the owner found me an electric car (scooter) so that I can go to Heidou Cafe, Yila Grassland and Napa Lake. He even helped me to give exact location to those attractions. The hotel is so walkable to the big Buddha Temple. I recommend for those who come with family it is good place to stay.

The hotel provide free pickup service from the railway train. It was a 100/100 as they got bidet 😭. It was very near to the dukezong ancient town and really nearby to a halal restaurant.
