At first I didn't expect much from this stay. But turns out that the stay is alot better than my imagination. The cleanliness is superb, seems like almost newly renovated room. There is no air conditioning/fan because the weather there is cold. You only need to learn how to use the heater setting. No noise from external environment too!. Amenities provided with satisfactory and the host is very friendly. Considered safe to stay. There are plenty of shops nearby for convenience as well. The pick up from the railway is free in accordance to our numbers of stay. Oxygen gas is readily available for sale at the reception. Thank you very much for this pleasant and wonderful stay.

Great location hotel and staff is very friendly. Services such as airport/station pick up was great. Downsides were room cleaning and breakfast range.

Very nice hotel. The location is very convenient, close to the old town. The staff was very friendly and helped to make my stay as convenient as possible. When I come to Shangri-La again I will definitely stay with them again! Thank you so much for your help and the pleasant stay!

An absolutely lovely stay at this recently opened inn! My friend and I were picked up at the train station by one of the owner’s uncles. We were checked in promptly and shown up to our room which was spacious for two people. All amenities were provided including an oxygen machine should you need it. The inn is about ten minutes walking distance within Dukezong Ancient Town and there are plenty of restaurants in the area as well. The accommodation was modern, comfortable, and homey. Floor heating in the room was welcome as the weather was still cold at the beginning of April. It was also very nice to come back to the inn at the end of the day, sit by the stove in the lobby, drink hot tea, chat with the owner, and cuddle with his cats! Breakfast was healthy and delicious and the options slightly changed day to day. The owner and all the staff also worked hard to make sure all guests felt very welcome. My friend and I couldn’t get a ride back from Napahai Lake and the owner’s uncle came to pick us up even when there was traffic! We couldn’t have been more thankful and tried to send a red packet over WeChat but they did not accept. My friend and I would highly recommend Yunmu Inn not only for its central location and accessibility to Dukezong Ancient Town, but the fact that the owner and his lovely uncles and staff go above and beyond for their guests. Therefore do not hesitate to book if you’re looking for a great place to stay in Shangri-La!

非常驚喜！必須要給它一個大大的好評！酒店的環境優雅，裝修很有感覺！房間乾淨整潔，細節之處盡顯用心。同時，老闆的服務更是無可挑剔，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺，從入住到離開，每一個環節都處理得非常好！院子也很大很美，在院子裏發呆喝茶很愜意～強烈推薦

這次入住體驗非常好，客房乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品很舒服，住得很安心。客服服務也特別到位，態度熱情，響應及時，有什麼問題都能馬上解決，非常滿意，會推薦給朋友，下次還會再來！

必須所有都給滿分，老闆非常熱情友好，送站的時候東西遺忘在酒店，馬上返程拿。在外面下雨了，還會非常貼切的發消息問要不要接，前台兩衹貓非常乖，酒店的地暖非常給力！一次性毛巾面巾各種零食小吃配備完善，還給免費升級了房間，帶製氧機，也是高反的好幫手

老闆熱情，乾淨衞生，佈置很有特點。主要還有停車場，太棒了，房間更是有製氧機，高反的朋友們可以用起來，

服務：民宿的老闆很客氣，服務態度很好，很友好，有兩衹小布偶，超級可愛，提前一天還會提前聯繫，問是否需要接站，還是很不錯滴。 衞生：視頻可以看到，很乾凈，好像還給我們升級了房間，房間很亮堂。他們家眼罩，耳塞，面膜，卸粧巾等都是免費的，還有一次性毛巾，浴巾。 房間裏面有製氧機和地暖，都很方便，離古城也很近，停車也很方便。

強烈推薦這家民宿！老闆和他的家人朋友超級好！有問必答、有求必應！我們全家五口第一次去香格里拉，老闆提前一天會電話諮詢是否需要接送，特別有耐心有禮貌！由於個人問題出門把車瓷了，老闆及家人也及時趕到幫忙！讓我第一次覺得下次還要來這裏！
