Nice place, clean, quiet yet is a very convenient location with a metro nearby. Many choices of food available nearby, just a metro stop away.from big mall. Julia from the -front desk is so sweet to give us a new upgrade.Overall a great stay.

Very clean. Convenient location, walking distance to a subway station and a shopping mall but meanwhile very quiet. Breakfast selection is also impressive.

Comment This hotel is spacious and comfortable, with brand-new facilities. The breakfast menu offers a delightful variety of Asian and Western-style cuisine. The hotel services are exceptional, particularly the meticulous and thoughtful front desk staff, Jason. He went above and beyond to solve all my problems with his professionalism. I will definitely consider this hotel for my next trip to Shanghai.

They varied the foods selected for the buffet and I really liked that. I was also pleased, however, that they consistently offered bacon, eggs, and sausage as well as fruit and fresh vegetables. The entire place was always immaculately cleaned; the cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning my room every single day. The weight room has enough for a full body workout. I was able to enjoy tea, juices, and water in the morning. The pool was never crowded and the second floor has the feel of a spa. There was always enough seating for guests in the breakfast area and they start breakfast early which is great if you are working and need to be someplace by 9:00AM. The entire staff at the reception desk was polite, efficient, and deeply forgiving when I arrived without a word of mandarin. Many will open the door for you when you arrive, there are umbrellas to take with you if it rains and its easy to get to local malls (like the five corners) by train. the hotel is in a quiet residential area and the whole area is super quiet. People fished in the stream just 500 feet from the grounds and there is a running/walking path too. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable; there is so much storage space and I loved that the room came with a fridge and a microwave so I did not need to always leave if I wanted to eat (grocery store in the mall next door!!).
