Good hotel, many restaurants and convenience stores downstairs.

very good experience

The hotel was very clean and location was pretty accessible. They have multiple outlets across the country. The staff were prompt and polite with request and would go all out to assist you. A very enjoyable stay and would definitely choose to stay with them the next time I visit China.

Made a booking by a friend who sponsored our trip here, We decided to stay for one more night and immediately informed the hotel that we will pay for additional night. So we make a special request not to moved us in other room and they promise to keep it for us. and  then we pay immediately and keep informing them no need to move our belongings to other room, but when we came back to hotel first they said they can’t find our extended booking which we made at the afternoon. Secondly they still insist to moved us in other rooms which we requested to them not to moved us we choose the same room to stay. We keep negotiating with them but they already made decisions. My friend called CTrip service to inform what happened and feel very sorry for the actions of the hotel. Were so disappointed and frustrated and we decided to move in the new room .  The location is convenient but the service is very poor in English and terrible hospitality.  We will not choose to stay here when we got chance to back here in Shanghai.

Great service, very clean! Allows late check out until 2 pm. Location is close to a luckin coffee. Area is quiet and residential. Breakfast had an assortment of food from a congee station to baozi/mantou station to made to order wontons and noodles.

The room is clean and staff are polite and helpful. There are two subway stations nearby where you must be ready to walk about 20-25 minutes to the station.There's bus station nearby the hotel too. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Location- convenient, near most of the places we went. It’s located somehow in the middle, easy access to the east (the bund area) and west (to ancient towns and other attractions). Close to Zhongshan Park (north) and Wu Kang Road, Xu Hui district (south). There’s bus 71 across the hotel that will take you to the bund and Nanjing road, Jing’an temple and other nearby places. Line 2 and 11 JiangSu road metro station is also walkable, or can take a quick ride of taxi/Didi, or can also take the rental bike. Room - the family room is really spacious, with 1 single bed in a separate area for privacy. Necessary toilettries were replenished daily, including towels and slippers. WE LOVE THAT WATER BOTTLES ARE ALSO REFILLED EVERY DAY, we didnt have to buy water outside anymore. Service - helpful frontdesk staffs, there’s robots delivering food orders as well. Can store luggage with them if you checked out and had to go to other places before heading to the airport. Breakfast - typical hotel breakfasts, with choices of made-to-order noodles, wanton or dumpling soups. Western food like breads and desserts are also available. Cooked food and fruits are good, LOVE THEIR YOGURT! Downside is that some of our companions got insect/bug bites from the beds or couches, we’re not sure. We asked the frontdesk to change the bed sheets and it got better, but were still experiencing itchiness

Hotel was very clean and we had a great experience!

Service staff amazing, especially cleaners for level 16 and the lady manning the noodle counter. Receptionists and other support staff are very good too. A major negative for this hotel is that smells of food and cigarette waft in through the central aircon. There’s also a strange machine sound in the room although sound insulation from external environmental sounds is otherwise quite good.

the stay was good, but it was frustrating that a visiting family member could not go upstairs without registering with a passport. We also asked for extra cleaning of the area around mirror and sink. Other than that all was good
