I’m very happy with my stay at The Shàng by Artyzen Qiantan Shanghai! From the moment I arrived, the hotel impressed me with its stylish design. The rooms are beautifully appointed — modern, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, offering a great blend of luxury and ☺️ . Every corner of the hotel feels curated with care, creating a space that is both elegant and welcoming. The amenities are top-notch, I like the Gym💪🏻! and the location in Qiantan is convenient yet peaceful. My only slight letdown was the breakfast. While there was a fair variety on offer, the taste didn’t quite match the overall excellence of the hotel. It lacked that wow factor🤔 I was hoping for, especially given how fantastic everything else was. That said, this was a minor blip in an otherwise exceptional experience. I would absolutely return and recommend The Shàng to anyone visiting Shanghai — just don’t set your expectations too high for breakfast even if you are seeing a wide spread of choices.

A comfortable hotel for my stay while I attended a conference. Discount at the restaurant next door was appreciated.

This is my second time to stay in a hotel. The bathroom area is clean and close to metro station

The hotel is clean and modern, but the rooms are a little bit snug for two persons. The hotel is located NYU a big shopping mall which makes it attractive to visiting professors. There is also a good spread of restaurants and shops in the big shopping mall the biggest letdown breakfast bread there were only a few items and nothing really suitable for those with lacto ovo intolerance. I would have wished for some salad or fruits as these are basic offerings in other comparable hotels .

Nice new hotel with big rooms. Breakfast doesn't have too many options, but has some western and asian choices too, so ok for a few days.

The hotel possessed a very futuristic yet cozy vibe, the room was small however there were many smart systems incorporated into the facilities, albeit it was hard to learn, especially with no instruction manual nearby.

A good short stay with clean and comfortable room. Staffs are friendly and helpful, making check in process smoothly and pleasant.

A beautiful and modern Hotel with state of the art technology and a lot of real wood, spotlessly clean and really comfy.

Very comfortable stay. Friendly staffs. Kids friendly service. Clean and cozy place. Walking distance to train station, sports center and TaiKo li shopping centre.

This is a Smart building, everything can be controlled via the mirror (blind, ac, lights and music). The air-conditioner & lights have another screen panel. Within 1km there is a shopping complex nearby Shangri-la hotel. But Surrounding not many restaurants

Hotel is really nice and the staff are very kind including giving late check out for free. Next to NYU Shanghai so easy to find a reference point if you’re lost in the area.
