Very very good! Booked for my parents while I spent my day at disneyland. The reception gave them late checkout and accompany them to make sure they got into the airport transfer arranged by the hotel. Supper and breakfast selection was very good. If there's 10 stars, i would definitely rate them 10/10!

The room is clean and spacious. A bit far from the train station. Didi pick up is also by the road side as it don't have a proper drop-off point.

Very good!! They arranged a transfer for us and made our stay very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re stopping by for a bit :)

Atour hotel is one of my choices of stay in China , It offers soft pillows and comfortable bed , plus the receptionists are very welcoming . This Chuansha Atour hotel is located near a shopping mall with walking distance , you can find a lot of restaurants in the mall and just 25 minutes car ride to Pudong international airport , hotel also offers pick up and drop off services that you have to arrange with the counter staffs

the lobby recept was wonderful, but others are no good. no free coffee, no roowear and noisy up floor. only one elevator must be not enogh. i do not recommend for business use. atour quality differs depending on the hotels. i do not believe atour brand now.

這次入住上海亞朵酒店川沙地鐵站店，真的讓我感受到了賓至如歸的體驗！從入住到離店，每一個細節都讓我印象深刻，必須給個大大的好評！服務熱心周到，小姐姐温柔耐心，前台的小姐姐服務態度超級好，辦理入住時笑容親切，耐心解答我的各種問題，還主動介紹了酒店設施和周邊美食。晚上回來時，看到她們依然保持熱情的服務態度，真的讓人感覺很温暖。退房後我忘帶充電器和充電寶，前台小姐姐及時聯繫到我並幫忙找了跑腿小哥送到我手裡。這種細緻入微的服務真的很難得！房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品柔軟舒適，衞生間乾濕分離。特別喜歡他們家的枕頭，高度適中，一覺睡到天亮，我家入了兩衹自用！打掃認真，連角落都清理得很乾凈，住得特別放心。環境非常好，交通便利。酒店位於川沙地鐵站附近，步行幾分鐘就能到，出行超級方便。這次是帶孩子去迪士尼玩，酒店有班車接送，還有專門的班車羣，十分周到。周邊餐飲、便利店一應俱全。酒店內部環境也很棒，有免費的閲讀區和休息區、健身房，氛圍很放鬆。隔音效果好，晚上非常安靜。小機器人送外賣，孩子非常開心。伴手禮小零食很好吃，尤其是亞朵的紅茶薯餅，我的最愛，小姐姐給了好多，太滿足了！總之，上海亞朵酒店川沙地鐵站店無論是服務、環境還是設施都讓我非常滿意，強烈推薦給來上海出差或旅遊的朋友！下次來川沙，我一定還會選擇這裏！

酒店乾淨衞生，早餐豐富多樣，前台小妹妹漂亮服務也好，有免費的迪士尼接送，晚上回來還跟媳婦喝的小米養胃粥。我發現亞朵的裝修都很有工匠精神，每一塊瓷磚、裝飾都嚴絲合縫，蹲坑老舒服了，治好了我的強迫症。
