Great hotel with great facilities! Emily Fan was super helpful and made our stay very easy to navigate!

Our stay at this hotel was very comfortable and pleasant. The pools were great, a nice place to relax. Breakfast offered a good variety and we enjoyed it very much. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. I especially want to thank Tian, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. She made sure everything was taken care of for us.

BED BUGS!!! This was the second time I stayed at the hotel. Last time, I found a bed bug and immediately requested a different room. This time, I didn’t check and got bitten almost 20 times all over my upper body. WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shanghai Hilton Fengxian Qiansheng and loved the outdoor swimming pool, the dinner buffet, spacious bedroom, private balcony, and lovely staff especially the housekeeper!Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was chaotic so we ended up forfeiting our 2 free breakfasts. The location is a quite far but it made us feel like we were away from the hustle and bustle of the city life! Definitely will be back again and book the room with private mini pool!

Excellent service, they are quick to respond and very helpful. We changed to a villa coz we have a dog with us. The room that we stayed though had a really strong smell that triggered sinuses, they gave us a machine but it did not help at all. We have to open the sliding door the whole time to minimize the smell and to have air circulation. Few cobwebs and some bugs in the room, a thorough cleaning will solve this issue. The location is perfect if you want to get away from the city center and have a great relaxing time with the family. Awesome facilities! We enjoyed the outdoor pool so much and the green field for your fur baby to walk around. Very thoughtful service if you have a fur baby with you, they provide a bed, blanket and some toys, and accessible poop bags everywhere 🐶. A great place to stay and have a relaxing time with the family.

Great place for a getaway with a pool, amazing rooms, nice gym, good breakfast and dinners buffet and attentive staff. It was a pleasure to stay a weekend here and definitely coming back.

I recently stayed at this Hilton hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel itself is stunning, with modern decor and immaculate rooms that offer both comfort and style. The amenities are top-notch, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met during my stay. The location is quiet and close to the airport. However, there was one downside to my visit – my neighbors. Unfortunately, the walls seemed a bit thin, and I could hear a lot of noise from the adjacent room, which disrupted my sleep at 4:30 am in the morning. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it did affect the overall tranquility of my stay.

Good service, a place to forget about life and enjoy a good life weekend.

The staff is unable to communicate in English language. The outdoors pool close at 7pm. The menu of the western restaurant is poor.

The dining experience, while offering a rich and fresh breakfast tailored more towards local tastes, reveals operational surprises during dinner times at its three restaurants, where the staff often seem unprepared for guests, resulting in lengthy waits for meals. Despite these hiccups, the food quality remains high throughout the stay. The hotel's serene environment, often quiet during the week, provides an ideal setting for relaxation, mindfulness, and sensory enjoyment. Yet, the atmosphere shifts dramatically during events like weekend seminars when the hotel fills to capacity. For visitors engaged with the nearby industrial zone, the Hilton Fengxiang Shanghai offers an excellent retreat for evening relaxation and morning meetings. Nevertheless, Western tourists seeking a vacation spot may find the hotel less accommodating unless they speak Chinese or have a specific reason for their stay, prompting them to reconsider their choice.

The hotel is great, if it’s not busy. We went when it was busy and unfortunately the guests in the hotel ruined the experience.

The hotel and room structure is quite good, the only bad point is that the outside pool was closed (apparently is not exactly part of the hotel the outside part, like a concession).

Great view and service for us to celebrate the new year. Whole family members enjoyed the last day of 2022 and the first day of 2023 well. The service of front desk staffs were awesome also
