My family had a good time during staying at the hotel. All staff are helpful and friendly. Especially Mr. Maode Li and Ms. Lily Li. They suggested the restaurant and call taxi for us. The location is perfect for Ocean Park and Indoor Ski. The room is clean and the bed is so comfortable. We love it. 😁🙏

Wonderful stay at L+ Snow Supreme Hotel which is right opposite Yaoxue Snow World. The room were spacious, clean and very new! Sally the front desk receptionist was very helpful and attentive :)

The hotel is nice and the room is spacious. Staffs are helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Liu Li. Location is in a walking distance from Haichang Ocean Park. 8 minutes drive to Astronomy Museum. Nice restaurants neaby the hotel.

Love this hotel. The room was big and spacious and so clean. The amenities offered fulfilled every traveler's requirements - there's even a kids set of toothbrush/toothpaste/bath gel etc. there's a few set of toys that kept my girl entertained whenever we were in the hotel, and pretty night lights to soothe her to sleep There'sa fridge, microwave oven, a small kitchen, a living room and a washing machine, complete with washing capsules!. We ordered take-outs and it was brought to our room by a robot - so cool! The service was also superb. Sally, the manager in charge, helped me with my complicated parcel delivery and was warm and friendly to us. Will definitely bring my kid back here if I come back to Shanghai!

PREFECT LOCATION 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Initially I was looking for a Hotel nearby Snow and Ocean Park Shanghai. Found this hotel and wasnt sure the location and what will be the condition. To my surprise. Is just right opposite Snow and walking distance around 8 minutes to Ocean Park. Big Room and Comfortable Beds. Breakfast is just OK. Only down side in this whole area, nothing much. But the staff must take the credit. They helped me to order dinner through Apps. ( after 10pm ). Thank You once again ♥️♥️♥️

The hotel is just opposite Snow city (5mins walk). We have a very pleasant stay here as the hotel looks very new and the rooms are spacious. We got a room with a good view. We are hosted by Sally the receptionist

This hotel is very close to Yao Xue snow world and also within walking distance to Haichang ocean park which is very convenient

Excellent support to check in and help with luggage. Few minutes walk to the Ocean park so was ideal to leave and return with young baby. Garden room was huge, nice little garden area to sit in the sun (would be better with two outdoor chairs) helpful and friendly staff. Good choice for breakfast.

The hotel is new and clean. Service staff is very helpful and accomodating. The room is big and comfortable to accomodate a family of 4. A washing machine is included in the room. Breakfast is reasonable ,both kids and adult were able to find food to their liking. Its a good optjon for those who want to play in the new Ski Snow Resort. Thank you to Diamond Zhang and Doris for doing their best to assist us

This is good to try this hotel located among different theme park. You can travel easy from Airport to hotel within 30mins. And there are also several great shopping mall to take 15 to 20 min w taking local net booking car. GOOD for family and couple

The hotel is located just across the Snow World, only a few minutes walking distance. You can stay in much better/bigger room here for the same price you would pay for Standard Room in the hotel connected to Snow World. That's why we chose this hotel at first, and we really didn't regret it. Very nice, clean hotel with spacious rooms. Hotel staff attitude always positive and helpful. The only thing is that breakfast options were limited, especially if you are looking for western breakfast stuff such as cheese, pan cakes etc. Other than that, it was a really pleasant stay for our family, we'll stay here next time as well.

The hotel was clean and very accommodating. I had to switch room because I didn’t book an extra night in advance but Sally (front desk) gave me a nice room with a garden view. I will definitely visit again.

Very big room, plenty of choices on the breakfast buffet. Great service, very friendly front desk staff, especially Sally, even we couldn’t speak Chinese. The kids and I really enjoyed the stay just a short walk across the street to the indoor skiing area. We will come back.
