I had ab amazing stay. The room had a microwave, kitchen sink, washing machine and a shower enclosed shower.  The staff speaks English and were very helpful (even when I had a wardrobe malfunction 🙈).

Business trips often live here. It is on the back of the street, very quiet. From the counter staff to the cleaning staff service is very good and intimate.

The place was great, location was easy to find. The amenities were amazing.

Cheap and well situated. Sadly the kitchen is completely unequipped (making it useless) and the room was not well cleaned.

Very nice apartment. We enjoyed long stay. Clean. Quiet. Enough space. Good daily service. Only wifi is not very well.

Far from metro station and limited eatery places nearby in the evening. If your room assigned to 3rd floor, you might have to carry your luggage up through the stairs to 3/1 floor. Hotel takes 300 rmb for deposit, in case of any damage to the room facilities, however it is just a normal and basic room.

This place is very good, the room is clean and spacious with washer/dryer in the room. Many restaurants and shops are just 10 minutes walking away.

over all it was 10/10. From service to cleanliness and privacy it was so good .

Very far located but good reception service and clean apartment except for the cigarettes laying on the floor of the hall.

The BEST hotel in Shanghai and our only choice every time we come to Shanghai. The rooms are spacious, clean and some of the most comfortable. Franky and his team are incredible, he made sure our stay was absolutely 5*. Thanks Franky!

Very nice hotel, receptionist very kindly to support guest ( instruction, help to book taxi, ...). Very clean, full equipment like small Apartment (with good aiircon, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven,... I already booked for my next stay.

The hotel is very good. I wonder why it's 3 star hotel, I would give it 4. The location is within the walking distance to the railway station and a big shopping center. The amenities are good, there's a kitchen with a fridge, a washing machine and a microwave, but without any cutlery or dishes.
