Provide free room upgrade and allow check in earlier. Hotel has robot to send food to the room. Breakfast has a wide variety and the food is quite nice. Room is very spacious.

Very poor service attitudes for the young girl receptionist at night around 6pm. Please train or select your staff properly as receptionist attitude is the hotel’s first impression given to your guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Its location is very convenient, just a short walk (about 2mins) from the train station, which made traveling so easy. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. The facilities were modern and beautifully designed, making my stay both comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai!

The owner or manager was very helpful and kind. Stayed here because proximity to SNIE (15min drive), hotel was modern and clean. The only issue was it has very poor wifi and hard to get signal made it frustrating at times specially with language barrier.

Low price, very convenient to everywhere by metro, 2 minutes to metro by walk. Very clean and large space room. Staffs are very friendly, helpful. Highly recommended. Hotel is renovated outside lately, but not interrupted for staying.

the hotel was under renovation. I was told by the staff that it is at the rooftop but I don't understand why he still put us at the highest level despite they are ample of rooms at the lower level. I have changed the room for 2 times: the first room there was a very smoke smell even though it is a non smoking room, and I only got the room that satisfied me when I make the 2nd changes. The location is very near to the metro station, about 2 mins walk but the metro line itself is not a common line so you have to make a few interchange, which I feel it is a little inconvenient to me. Staffs are not as friendly as the Atour I stayed in Hangzhou.

We arrived late and was upgraded to a spacious deluxe room with a king-size bed. The room was quiet and well-soundproofed, and I liked the toilet design that separates the dry and wet areas. It's also just a five-minute walk from the metro station. I highly recommend this hotel!

這次主要是過來參加展會，酒店地段不錯，去哪兒都方便，樓下餐飲也多，酒店設施新，用品新，據説以前是亞朵酒店，品質很好，非常值得推薦，

酒店的服務特別的熱情，周到賓至如歸，退房還會有禮品贈送。去迪士尼有免費的班車，還可以免費接送地鐵站，每天下午送水果，晚上送甜湯，性價比特別高，五星好評。設施很齊全，機器人送餐非常的智能環境也很棒，1樓有小童樂園，給小朋友玩耍很不錯，早餐也好吃，種類多，菜品豐富，味道很棒。酒店的衞生很乾凈，舒適，阿姨幫我們打掃的很仔細，房間裡邊角落衞生也非常的乾淨，床上用品很舒適，衞生很乾凈，五星好評，值得點贊。衞生間的自動排風設施也很不錯，效果很好，建立的通風設備也非常的智能化，很不錯哦，酒店的酒店效果好，很安靜贊贊贊，會推薦身邊的朋友的[強][強][強]
