Love the service of the team, the coffee station and the clean rooms, modern and fresh looking. Only thing: I didn’t find CNN, DW or any other foreign TV station…😅👌

First time stay at this hotel. Location close to Hongqiao airport. Very clean and nice room. Good for one night stay if you want to stay close to the airport. Had an evening meal across the road from the hotel at Zhejiang seafood which was nice.

My stay at this hotel started with a HORRIBLE experience at check-in. Despite having a COMFIRMED booking through Trip.com, the front desk insisted that I CANCEL my reservation and rebook directly with them, promising a refund. This made no sense! Why should I cancel a prepaid booking, especially when refunds aren’t guaranteed? There seemed to be a language barrier, but that’s no excuse for their unprofessional behavior. I firmly refused because first, c anceling would risk losing my payment** (since my booking was non-refundable). Second, rebooking would likely cost more their "promise" of a refund seemed unreliable. And lastly, Trip.com bookings should be honored! What's the point of using a booking platform if hotels pressure guests to cancel? Thankfully, after arguing, they finally accepted my original booking, but the entire situation was unnecessary and stressful. I was lucky it didn’t ruin my stay, but this hotel clearly prioritizes their own profits over guest convenience.

SUPER COMFORTABLE BED!!! Location is ok. A bit far from metro. But overall stay is good

The place was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and spacious and comfortable. Location is very good. If I came back to china, I’d visit this hotel again!!

The hotel itself is good but for someone relying on subway to travel around, its location is still a little far by foot. The hotel's room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfy. The complaint that I have is it's design for the bathroom. The toilet and shower area are separated for one. The wash basin is located outside in the common area of the room. In both the toilet and shower area, there is no place to put your towel or dry clothing nor there was any hook to hang anything. So one would need to come out naked to get change. I would not want to do that in front of my children.

Very diligent and helpful services by the team during my entire stay. Especially worth mentioning the room cleaning lady Ms 張桂梅 who is very attentive and proactive in solving customers problems. A very nice stay indeed.

Nice hotel, stayed there for Shanghai Motor Show. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds.

Lovely hotel , rooms so big and comfy, breakfast is ok , 10 minuts to Airport and train station yes we like that hotel

Hotel clean & roomie. We asked for two twins bed it came with two double bed.  Breakfast is good. Only 20 mins to the airport. Free shuttle from hotel to airport.  We had a great time at Shanghai. Thanks 🙏

The service at Mercure in Songjiang was really smooth and easy. I checked in fast, was given complimentary breakfast and wine on request. The room was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. The staff was amazing very helpful.
