The room floor was totally broken The staff in the lobby told me that was “nothing ” Look the picture by yourself

The truth is that the bed was a bit tight for my taste. Without the internet, I felt disconnected from the world. I spent a lot of time looking at the ceiling, thinking about what to do . At least the sheets were clean and smelled good. Anyway, a regular experience, so as not to repeat.

Location is perfect. 5 min walk from the bund and main city centre. Was very small and crowded. They left all boxes and luggage in the hallway as it was an inconvenience. Other than that I get what u pay for.

No towels! Location is great and it is one of the cooler hostels in Shanghai. However the common areas were super crowded - even during the night. Did people actually live there? Not sure 🤔 The bathroom in the quadruple room was run down.. And we struggled to charge our phones. But this might have been our issue! Regardless of this! Because of the amazing location we didn’t really mind. Close to convience stores and nightlife

The location is perfect, one and a half blocks from the best part of the bund, have a convenience store and two coffee shops in a few steps, we would stay there again for sure

It was scary to go into the room, it was really small, the charger near the bed didn’t work. So think carefully whether to stay there or maybe to find a hotel or another accommodation. But the location was good.

When we only arrived, the room was very dirty. A woman came to clean it up only 2 hours after we checked in. It made our first impression really negative. By the way, the main advantage of the hostel is its location. Right near the bund, it is convenient for travelers.

Great location. The hostel offers clean rooms and provides fresh towels daily. The room is a bit small, but still comfortable. There's a USB charger at the head of the bed (no adapter) .

The stay at Iforest Youth Hostel was wonderful and memorable. I talked with other guys there at the Study Room and came to know new things regarding China which I never knew before. The services from the reception was especially to be mentioned. Mr. TungTung was verg much helpful and helped me to find Halal Restaurants, Maszid and the Hotel while I lost my way to the Hotel. The East Nanjing Station of Shanghai Subway is very near to the Hostel. One thing I need to mention here that the name is published as One Forest Youth Hostel although the name I saw on the signboard as Iforest Youth Hostel and due to this I got some trouble finding the hostel on the first day at Shanghai. Hope to stay again here if I come to Shanghai, China again.

The hostel is located near the East Nanjing Road, The Bund. You can walk from East Nanjing Road station to the hostel within 10 mins. Perfect for the solo travelers. The staff is super friendly and tried to communicate in English by the Alipay app. Highly recommend!

Our stay was a good start for our journey in Shanghai. The location is good, right in downtown China. The rooms are pretty small and if you don’t put on the ventilator in the bathroom it starts stinking a bit. Besides we had free water in the room and a really cozy blanket. Thank you!

The hostel smells of smoke. It is small and dark. I won’t come again.

Very good service near外灘 Is a good location

Super convenient location but it’s the filthiest place I ever stayed. We arrived at 1.30pm, there was no one in the front desk, 30minutes later the lady appear because someone from the cleaning staff told her we where waiting. The front desk lady was talking on the phone with a friend the whole time she was doing our check in -obviously it took her 45minutes to so it because she was more interested in the conversation than in us Would not recommend this place at all
