It's very convenient to travel. There are many things to eat near the hotel. It's very close to all the scenic spots.

Location is perfect. Price is good. That’s why you shouldn’t expect much with this price. Room less impressive than the photos and door lock is shady. Also small bugs flying in from nowhere. But overall good value for money for that price and location.

Haojiang Hotel is a small cozy hotel within walking distance to the Bund. I arrived the place in the evening with heavy luggage and male staff kindly helped me carry it to the 2nd floor without asking. You can get free water from this place. Female staff, Xiao Jiang was very helpful explaining how to get to the HiSpeed train and helped me book a taxi. To price the price is worth and I will stay again in the future.

This is a very nice and quaint hotel very near to the bund. Both the staff at the counter has been very kind and helpful on our stay here. As a muslim, there is a halal restaurant just beside the hotel so thats a five star recommendation from me. It is winter now..and the toilets have heated toilet seats!

The location of the hotel is very good but there is a lot of construction noise early morning.

The rooms are not as goos as on the picture, very noisy and construction going on. but the front desk girl was very friendly. location is best, just few minutes walk to the bund, shanghai tower veiwing area. if you dont like to walk much the location is best for such low price

Could hear rats throughout the night. Bathroom was not cleaned. Pictures does not match rooms.

The location it is perfect, pretty close to the bund …difficult to find something similar for that price that’s for sure The bedroom was clean and they let me book in even before the time that appears on CTrip, all the receptionist were awesome and I would repeat anytime I go to SH The hotel is kinda new, the bathroom was super clean and the WC had some cool calefactor which make it pretty comfy!! Only issue during September 2024 was they were doing some renovations on the street and I had the workers just in my window drilling the road

I needed a stay for one night and that’s what this was good for. Small room and bathroom. Not recommended for people taller than 180cm. For the price it was great and I would consider it for another time.

Located about 10 minute walk from the metro but quite challenging to find. The interior of the lobby looked cramped and unwelcoming. The room was said to be cleaned but still looked uncomfortable and dirty, the bed was ok and clean. There was free water (bottled) which was good. The sanitary items (toothbrush, comb) were only for 1 person though (there were two of us). What I didn’t like the most was the soundproof walls or rather its absence. You could hear what’s going on above and around you, the conversations, the stomps. I am not a light sleeper but I woke up in the middle of the night a few times because of that. Overall would not recommend even for an overnight stay during a layover, not worth the price.

Very near to subways and Tourist destination.

Very good location with good beds. The problem is that we booked for 5 people including one children but we arrived in a room of 4 (almost 3 because of the little second bed). The service was very helpful.
