Best Location near subway station (People’s Square)from PVG Airport. Nice Staff, clean room. Located just in front of M&M Store.

Best location, comfortable room, nice view from the window. You can find all that you need on the room. Just second floor with elevator and high long ladder, it’s not comfortable for baggage. Cleaning personal was very noisy, every day they had some conflicts between each other in corridor.

Love the location . Stay there for one night only . Very walkable to all the tourists attractions.

A room is big and good location. Just a stairs is hard for old people

If you are taking metro from the airport , be kindly to advise it will at least take 8 mins from the nearest station REN MING. Location of the hotel is superb as the nearby have lots of famous eateries and shopping adventure such as Pop Mart, M&M. The staff were friendly and patient, the room might be small but is sufficient enough for 2 people. If you want to open your luggage comfortably, it will depend on your skills

we took the room for 4 w/c is good, big windows, bed is comfy big enough for 2 people, bathroom is okay, the best basin outside the toilet is a great convenience, big mirror, toilet dryer, warmer , deodorizer, bidet are all good! hair dryer. Free coffee tea paper cups Bottled water. You can ask the receptionist for free slippers towels tissues shaver comb.  Location is few steps to the Metro! Infront of JINGLAI is SHANGHAI's FIRST FOOD HALL lots of food souvenirs to bring home! Beside is a Pharmacy. Nearby are Food stalls like roasted squid & meat, local ice cream,  3-4 Big Malls, Adidas, M&M, Miniso, KFC, local shops, turn right walk across the street is the No. 3 Warehouse restaurant inside the New World Mall.  The hard part is carrying our Big luggages to the 2nd floor to start their elevator to reach 3rd floor. Elevator is tidy . All rooms starts @ 3rd floor. And going down again when you check out.  I hope the hotel can build an elevator from ground to 2nd level.  No telephone in the room, you must use your WE CHAT to call them. Receptionist cant speak english just a few words. They use a Translator.
