Average experience, especially for a special occasion stay. 一般一般。The check-in experience was mediocre though polite. As foreigners we asked for information on food options around the hotel and were directed to walk far away. Later on through our own explorations we discovered good options just nearby (in pictures). No attention was given to the requests we made at the point of booking on Trip. Service: Impersonal, average Facilities: Average Location: Good Decor: Average Sleeping experience (bed etc): Good Food: Can’t comment Would consider for work trip due to good location and reasonably comfortably sleep. Would not prefer for personal trip.

I stayed here three times in a row every time i am back to shanghai for work, i will always stay in Xuhui especially at Hauxia Holiday inn and this is because of the comfort i get while stay at it, the service is amazing including the concierge, the staff the front desk, there is a delivery center which can help you collect your packages and food, BOB huang showed great service and gifted me with cards which can be exchanged for drinks and fruits, Jeddi zhang helped me with my luggages with a big smile in his face, and Zhnag jizhe afforded me with a beautiful view while choosing a room, there is a well equipped 24 h laundry room and gymnasium, i always and will stay here, if you have work to do in Xuhui, stay at huaxia, metro station is very close which gives you access to many spots in the city,

Good location, nice breakfast on 27fl, clean room, supporting staff, good variety of breakfast, free parking, gym is very small, pic is taken from a place just 3 km away, Suzhou creek

I thought the location was great for where I was working. It's not close to The Bund, so consider that if you are wanting to be somewhere "touristy."

酒店地理位置很好，交通方便，酒店上下及周邊都有餐飲，乾淨衞生。缺點一是在設施和服務上，因為客人腿腳不好，在預訂時備註了需要輪椅，然後有致電確認了沒問題的，但到店後説其他客人借走了，比我們早，那酒店應該提前通知我或者在想辦法修復酒店備用輪椅呀。缺點二是在離店服務上，給的水單發票共三張，放在信封中，隨手看了其中二張沒問題，於是就離店了，結果回家發現打印的發票是基督教會的，估計人家的也收到我的發票，這種低級錯誤酒店要避免。

這次入住華夏假日酒店，都驚呆🤯了，房間佈置的非常温馨了，無論是毛巾、枕頭，都是乾乾淨淨的，衹要一個電話打過去，相關人員總能在最短的時間內趕到，帶着真誠的微笑為我解決問題，讓我切實感受到了家一般的温暖。 房間整潔舒適，東西擺放得整整齊齊，每一個角落都透露出酒店對衞生的嚴格把控。 由於我出差，走的時候比較匆忙，沒有帶多餘的衣服，褲子不小心崩開了，客房的海雲姐姐送針線包時，我説不會縫，她主動幫我縫了褲子，還幫我燙平整。 總之，這酒店的服務真是非常的不錯，這個部門的管理真是相當的nice[強]

首先説下優點:地理位置超級便利，地鐵一號/十二號線漕寶路八號口出來就能看到，因為樓層蠻高的。酒店對面也就是八號口的地方就是徐匯日月光，吃穿住行很方便。 不管是前台還是早餐服務人員有禮貌，看到客人會打招呼，收拾餐盤很及時，也會幫忙打包餐品。保潔阿姨也很好，看他們忙忙碌碌一直在打掃。單人房間還算亮堂，乾淨，一個人住沒問題的。需要啥跟前台打電話，如果他們有他們會讓阿姨送的。還有小冰箱，可以存放點自己的小食品。 説完優點再説缺點，提前一天訂的三天兩晚的套餐，結果第二天下午4點半辦理入住的時候前台説查不到該訂單！説是客房部忘記錄入訂單了！雖然後麪立馬做了房卡，給了一張飲料券（這個券還不能兑一樓的咖啡）作為彌補，但是給客人第一印象就不好啊，這個不是低級失誤嗎？ 還有就是沒有棉簽，對化粧的客人不友好，還有就是水龍頭離桌子好近（第六，七張圖），水壓又好大，控制不好的話容易把水飛濺到桌椅上。不過這些都不算啥大事，就那個訂單忘記錄入的事希望引起酒店管理層重視。 作為商務旅行，臨時住個一兩晚沒問題的。
