The hotel was so good I extended my stay twice! Will be my Shanghai base when I return to the city. The area is so green and staff is the loveliest.

This is a true treasure! For this price it’s just beyond. I stayed here for almost 2 weeks and it was important to me so I could spend time indoors just to relax. Advantages: - 5 min from metro and a park in front - pretty nice neighborhood  - Toothbrush, slippers are given - every morning they bring fresh towels/take out the trash/and bring new water - very cozy room Disadvantages: I’d say only two - in some parts of the room the walls are really dirty or scratched, if they would be painted there would be no problems. And the soundproofing is a bit bad, but not horrible, could hear someone snoring sometimes 😂

The hotel was great and clean. Wonderful facility, convenient location. Had so much fun in BaseLite!

A nice and comfortable Hotel close to the metro station. It has facilities such as a gym and a game room.

I thought I am okay with no window room but no... the room is clean and nice but I just feel uncomfortable with no window. Luckily they allow me to change to a new room with a big window! I think it's a studio room which is so so good!!! I want to come back here again the next time I visit Shanghai

Great location. Within 5min walking distance to the nearest metro station. The room (including bathroom) was clean and neat. The aircon system was functioning well. The bed mattress, pillows, and blankets were comfortable.

Great amenities and nice staff.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is small and sometimes can hear people from other rooms at night. Recommend for people who looking for a budget stay because it’s cheap and very close to the subway station.

As usual, I loved the comfort and the simple yet cosy design of BASELite! Friendly staff too.

Great hotel good value for money! Close by the subway, easy to get around Shanghai. Not many restaurants nearby but pleasant area with a nice park to jog

I had a really enjoyable stay here, the hotel was really easy to get to, and my room had everything I needed for a few days stay. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. My only minor gripe was that the shower didn’t really ever have hot water, which meant showering was at times uncomfortable in the evenings. However, I’d happily consider going back or recommending to friends.

I had a superb staying experience with this hotel for the first time in Shanghai. Room space is just nice for 1/2 person despite it is a studio room. Location is very strategic because it is about 5mins walking from Huangxin Garden Metro Station. You can find the local cuisines in adjacent restaurants as well as the Starbucks, laundry and grocery.
