The room is big and nice, the dinner buffet is nice, kids corner can be better, as the area is really small and the slide is not stable, overall is a good christmas holiday staycation.

This is great place to stay . I will come back again more. This is my third time of staying here. I enjoyed everything here.

The hotel is ideally located in the Hongqiao Hub with many western restaurants on your doorstep, and 5 minutes walk to the metro station. There are shopping malls close by. Service was okay, room was big and spacious, breakfast was good. Overall a pleasant stay.

Inside room almost 5 stars standard, but price too high as location is just because beside train station. Over price. And gave us a room facing a wall??? See attachments images, I don't know how many rooms are facing wall, or only my room, the check in officer don't like me. Pls during checking in ask room window without wall.

The facilities are terrific, the location is very convenient to Hongqiao rail station and airport - you can walk there through a commercial center (The Hub). And the service is top rate. Pam at the front desk helped me locate and get everything I needed - I don’t speak Chinese, so I couldn’t have done it with out her and the dedicated staff. I’ll come back here every time I’m in Shanghai Hongqiao area.

Well great location if you need connections to train or airport in Shanghai. Well Connected as well metro. Nice and very modern area around with several restaurants and pubs.

Very big room and very value for money for the price. Furnishings are new and it was a very comfortable stay. Location is just next to hongqiao train station so it’s very convenient.

excellent solution when in Shanghai . Close to Hongqiao train station, metro and airport . plus a shopping mall just next door and several interesting restaurants in the closed square of the hotel..just walk out every thing is safe and close by. room is spacy and modern, very relaxing .wifi is good. a place to stay a, enjoy and relax. and great for business ..I can move around easily and quickly ..

My room’s phone did not work and the room smelled musty because of recent rain. I asked front desk to switch a room. They were super friendly, switched me to another room, helped me to move luggage and offered free breakfast as an apology. Location is best, walking distance to train station, made travel easy.
