Right after we arrived we experienced excellent support and warm welcome. Hotel is located close to the metro station and few small restaurants. In our room we constantly could find a small chocolate bar and a soda, which was a nice touch by a hotel. Definitely recommend it to our friends. As always, we had a great time in Shanghai, exploring different restaurants and enjoying in a city vibe.

Everything was really great, wonderful service, clean rooms, every room has tea bags and coffee machine, perfect japanese-styled toilets, clean service everyday. europenian breakfast, to-room delivery robots. 谢谢您啦！都是很好！

Was there for a convention. Do not expect Hyatt service from URcove by HYATT. They are not the same.

It is a pleasure stay at Urcove Expo. After checking in, I was surprised to see a cleaning lady squatting inside the elevator. I asked her why. She said "the logo of the hotel is in white (carpet is dark grey). Should the logo be dirty. It doesn't look nice at all". The cleaning lady of 5th floor also displays good customer service. At least in my opinion. If I used the items in a certain way. After cleaning, she will maintain it the way I used them. The lady who helped me checked in on the day of my arrival is also helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name. If I call right she is thin and wears glasses. Last. Ms Yuki at the reception is also helpful. She helped me book my cab. And also taught me how to use the phone app to use the local bicycle. Looking forward to try it myself. The only downside is transport if public transport is preferred. The metro station do need some patience and stronger lower limb power. I caught flu on my first night due to exhaustion from long flight time, colder and rainy climate when arrived. Otherwise for the staff friendliness and helpfulness, I will still give 5 stars. 1. Very new hotels. 2. Their pillows and blanket are what I love the most. 3. The cleanliness of rooms are excellent. 4. Service mind of housekeeping is excellent. 5. Hotel's lobby is nice design and feel cozy. What I dislike 1. Sound proof of room is lack of quality. I can hear the voice in hallway all the time. 2. Hotel's location is below average. It's not quite suitable when you travel by subway. But for taxi is very convenience.

Great new hotel. Very clean and staffs are super friendly and nice. Especially the ayi (cleaner auntie), she’s very nice. However, location is a bit far from everything. Cleaning starts at 8am , so travelers who are looking to have extra sleep this hotel is not for you. Unless you are a morning person
