Overall hotel experience were reasonable. Except electronic socket is not compatible with Korea. Requested adaptor but couldn’t get the right one. Morning buffet was plain, location is quite satisfied. Budget hotel for business travel lesser than two days.

Very enthusiastic energetic young staff and very nice friendly services. Good washing and drying machines. Very comfortable nice decoration hotel, high standard. There are bxa ks and shopping nearby. Very convenient

All very good, its a nice and affordable place, very good location.

Nice room . Bed is comfortable. Bathroom a little small. The only problem is the nearby school make Lots of noise on the early morning. Next time i will go in the grand mercure just 3min walking distance

Ibis hotel has great location that I can access the metro line 9 Fangdian Station with less than 10 mins walk. Fangdian Rd Station also just several stops away from the Longyang Rd Maglev train which only takes 8 mins to the Pudong International Airport. The reception staff were friendly and professional. The check-in and check-out went very smoothly every time during my stays. The room cleanness was also great. I had no any problem with it. The water-pressure of the shower was also very good which was better than most of other hotels I stayed with before in Shanghai, where low water-pressure sometimes was really an pain. Another highlight of the hotel is it's breakfast which has variety of choices, including Chinese and Western. Fresh veggies and fruits were provided everyday. Plus, with 4 washing machines and four drying machines, I did get my dirty clothes washed and dried in two hours without any waiting time. However it had some weakness, the noise cancellation of the walls and doors seemed not very good. If you need a good rest, preparing your own noise-cancelling earplugs might be a good idea! Overall, it still was a very pleasant experience with my stays here at Ibis.

Room was clean and spacious, good location although not really close to any tourist attraction. The wifi was a disaster, it didnot work at all in our room or even at the reception area. If you need good connection, this is not the place to stay.

Best hotel ever I have been. Food was the best. And location very good. Near the Laya plaza where you can shopping as well.

The location for the hotel was great! Room very comfortable and room service spot on! Free use of washing machine was a plus! We hope the management takes good care of the staff because they are very friendly and helpful! Especially one staff name Kiki was very nice to us and helped us with anything we ever needed! The hotel increased value because of staff member like him! Thank you so much!
