Was good. The room is good, the location is good. The personnel are very helpful even despite the fact they don’t speak English. They try to help with everything. Some of the rooms are situated right in front of another building, so “city view” is quite akward🤭 convenient service of the robot. Recommended✅

Very bad service. Even at 8:00 AM no people in breakfast room . Only take money but no breakfast given

Friendly front desk staffs. Help with early check in and late check out. Clean room n cosy environment. Good location for foods n shopping. Highly recommended.

the hotel is new and great! getting deliveries here is very easy with their robots. i’d highly recommend this place for solo travelers that pack light because they have free self service laundry, detergent included. the only downside is that a full cycle will take 3.5 hrs drying included.

Basic hotel

The hotel staff are very nice.. free upgrade on my birthday without requesting… still got free gift when I leave. The cutest staff is actually the little robot hehe.

Very clean and quiet rooms and hotels, not far from subway. The staff just don’t really speak English, except this, it was a very good stay !

The hotel was quite clean and in a good location. Quite close to the metro station and close to the city area. Great value for my money, would stay again next time!

it’s easy to go around jingan temple also go to the airport , there is many restaurant near by . however it’s quiet place . Staffs are nice . Housekeeping is good. Of you don’t like to stay in cbd . This place will be good choice to stay !

Positive: good value for the money, comfortable bed, big shower box with excellent waterfall, friendly staff Negative: the room is smaller than the pictures published, breakfast chinese style, the staff doesn’t speaks English (need use some translation applications)
