Best location and easy to find good food around the hotel, location a little far from hongqiao but you can reach from he hub. Good breakfast!!

Check in time was 2pm but the rooms were not ready. Had to wait till 3pm. The manager provided complimentary drinks as goodwill gesture. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Convenient and close to shanghai hongqiao railway station , ideal for day trips to hangzhou and suzhou. Recommended!

Very close to Hongqiao, connected via underground. Spacious room, clean. Breakfast was excellent with many choices for Chinese food. Overall great experience

Good, apart from breakfast where service needs to be improved. Long queues and restaurant ran out of plates for over 20minutes

This my second time staying at Crowne Plaza Hongqiao and I love it. I’m definitely coming back, it’s a bit far from Pudong airport but it’s worth it because of the service. Breakfast is always delicious and has a wide selection

An excellent hotel to stay, if you know how to get around it is easy to get to the hotel by the train from Shanghai pudo international airport to Hongqiao airport , especially during the day when the traffic conditions are bad, please asking for a direction from the hotel

Nice, clean and new hotel. Modern amenities & large, spacious rooms. Only downside was the club lounge offers were very basic & restaurant staff not the most helpful

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located near the railway station — very convenient for travelers. However, I was quite disappointed with the service. When we arrived, there were several staff members around, but none of them offered to help with our luggage from the car. Even more surprising, no one offered to take our bags to the room. They simply acted as if we weren’t there. For a hotel of this level, I expected much better hospitality and attention to guests.

This was our first time staying in this hotel. We usually stay in Pudong. It was a beautiful hotel and the staff we are all so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.
