Staying at [Orange Crystal Zhoupu Wanda Hotel] was an absolute delight! The moment I entered, the friendly staff made me feel right at home. My room was super clean, with a cozy bed that provided an amazing night's sleep. The hotel's breakfast spread was diverse and delicious. The convenient location sealed the deal. I'd happily return and wholeheartedly recommend it!

Smart friendly staff that knows our needs, there is a shuttle to Disneyland resort (but only 1 fixed time to go and return) location is further from Disneyland than I expected, took 30minutes by car, but it’s close to a food street which is nice. Clean and have all the basic amenities for a simple stay, surprised that the TV is an old kind not the smart TV though.

The hotel offers a free shuttle to Disney and is conveniently located near the MRT for easy travel with friendly staff.

This hotel is located nearby a Metro Station and within walking distance to Wanda Plaza. This hotel also provides little snacks and daily necessities for their guest at the loony. The room is large and comfortable and the staff is super friendly and helpful with the set up of our wifi in the hotel room. His name is 小苏 and we appreciated his help very much. Overall it is a pleasant stay and we would recommend others to this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Crystal Hotel Shanghai, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-managed, making my stay extremely comfortable from start to finish. The staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The highlight of my stay was the innovative touch of having a robot deliver my order right to my door. It added a unique and futuristic experience to the already impressive service. I was genuinely delighted by this feature, which made my stay memorable.

Free shuttle to disney, we didnt ride the morning session as we bought the early entry. At night they leave at 10.20pm which we thought its abit late since the fireworks ends at 930. But the timing is good as it allow us enough time to walk from the entrance to the bus parking area (very crowded walk). All communication of the transport is through wechat

We stayed for two nights. The place is close to mrt Fanrong road and you can see the building from the exit. Just 45 mins from Pudong airport. It’s about 20 mins from Disneyland and there are bus for park entry and park exit at 7.00 and 22.20. We only got the bus ride back because we bought early entry pass. The room is clean without smoking smell. The bathroom is spacious. There are free hot water and coffee down stairs. There is lawson with ice to buy on the way to the mrt. The staffs are so so helpful and made our stay super super nice. Thank you ❤️

The hotel staff, 李虹 is very friendly and helpful. First, she upgraded our room to the larger one and provided Shanghai metro information when we were going out right after we checked in. And later on the last night, she offered to book a bigger online taxi since mostly Didi are sedans in China. Good job 👍🏼 💯. The hotel provides free flow hot tea and peanuts at the lobby 👍🏼. The breakfasts were good. I must say that their cakes are really good. Wontons also are nicely done. Extra breakfast will be changed RMB 58/person. Although we were upgraded to a larger room, it turned out not as large as the one we stayed at Suzhou Crystal Orange. And the bathroom was really slippery, might need to be brushed. From hotel to the closest metro, Fanrong Road is more or less five to seven minutes walk depending on walking speed. Unfortunately, the hotel location is very far from the city, almost 45-50 minutes to main shopping or sightseeing destination. Next to the hotel, there is a local Chinese restaurant (Chuan) which serves fresh fish meals, which is recommended. Another interesting thing is that the hotel provides free daily shuttle to and fro Shanghai Disneyland (30minutes traveling time). Two trips in the morning (7AM and 8AM) and another two in the evening (lastest one is 10PM). Despite the location, this hotel is recommended.

The place is very nice, it not far from the metro station, but far away from the city center. That wasn’t a point for us (we needed to stay in this aria), so the location wasn’t a problem at all, quite opposite. Stuff is very helpful (although check everything at the desk, because they made a mistake in my registration papers). The hotel also has charming robots who brought all delivered food and stuff to the room. The room was clean and nice.

The hotel is clean and near the train station, near the attractions, and most importantly near Disney✨, an employee in the lobby can answer a question that I find friendly, and I will definitely stay here once I visit to Shanghai❤️

Great Location if you want to go to disneyland, there is free shuttle bus. Near metro station, easy to go anywhere. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. The room is very spacious.

Very friendly reception staff, plus the little cute robot cleaner. On our first day of arrival it was Chinese Zongzi festival, the receptionist girl give us few Zongzi to try. And on the day we check out that i accidentally left my item there, the friendly staff called me immediately. The room is nice and clean, it’s pretty fashion designed, the bed is comfy, we really hate either too soft or too hard mattress but their Mattress is medium firm. Very good value of the money. Highly recommended.
