Exceptional Stay at Vienna International Hotel Shanghai Pudong I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Vienna International Hotel in Shanghai Pudong with my family, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every aspect, making our trip to Shanghai a memorable and comfortable one. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a spotless and well-maintained environment. The floors were shiny, the furniture was dust-free, and there was a pleasant, fresh smell throughout the entire building. Our room was no exception. The beds were neatly made, the linens were clean and crisp, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping our room tidy during our stay, ensuring that we always had fresh towels and toiletries. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's free shuttle service. The shuttle picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at the hotel, which was very convenient and saved us a lot of time and hassle. The shuttle also provided transportation to and from the nearby subway station, which was very helpful for us as we explored the city. The drivers were friendly and professional, and the shuttle was clean and comfortable. Overall, I would highly recommend the Vienna International Hotel Shanghai Pudong to anyone traveling to Shanghai with their family. The hotel offers excellent accommodation, with clean rooms, top-notch facilities, a convenient location, exceptional service, and a free shuttle service. It truly provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Shanghai. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again on our next trip to the city.

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. While it’s not particularly close to the airport, the included shuttle service made transportation convenient and stress-free. The staff, though not fluent in English, were very helpful and used language apps to ensure clear communication, which I really appreciated. I opted for an executive room, and it was a worthwhile splurge. The room was clean, well-maintained, and most importantly, warm – a welcome feature during colder months. However, there are some areas for improvement. The room had a massage chair, which was an interesting feature, but using it required payment through a Chinese app that didn’t work with non-Chinese SIM cards. The entertainment system was limited, offering only a small selection of free TV shows in Chinese, with no international news or other content available. A simple instruction card for international visitors explaining how to use the room features would also be helpful. Breakfast was a Chinese continental spread, which was fresh and well-prepared, but those unfamiliar with local cuisine might find the selection limited. In summary, this is a lovely hotel with great amenities and attentive staff. With a few tweaks to accommodate international guests, it could provide an even better experience.

We only able to stay here for about 6-7hrs. The airport is about 9km’s from the hotel. Thank you so much for the service for airport drop-off. And I just know that they provide drop-off service for Disneyland as well. If I know earlier, I would stay here for my last 2 days. Sooo… you need to inform the hotel in advance to use the service and they will send you to the airport. Other than that, since we check out earlier than the check out time which is at 4am, they provide us a breakfast. About the hotel the room. I would say it’s soooo pretty, clean, tidy. If I come to Shanghai again, and would visit Disneyland as well, I will come here again.

Handy hotel if you need a place not too far from the airport. It's a 20-minute taxi drive from the airport. If I could do it again, I'd stay at the Holiday inn right there at the airport. Very clean and quiet and responsive front desk staff.
