It's very convenient to reach the hotel. The location was located near exit no 2 of metro line 9. It is easy to go anywhere by metro or to the airport. The staff are amazing and helpful even though they can't speak English, but they have the translator machine to talk with you. Many shopping malls, restaurants near the hotel.

It's my second time staying at Atour Hotel Shanghai Lujiazui Nextage; this is my go-to place to stay whenever I drop by Shanghai! Clean, conveniently located, also with laundry opportunities - Highly recommend everything about this hotel.

Superb hotel. My only choice of Hotel in China. Always at the best location, super comfortable bed and friendly staff.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is variety and supper is ready for free. Surrounded by eateries, shopping mall & next to metro station.

All good! Amenities are readily available and staff are friendly. Note that the hotel is not its own building, but instead occupies a few floors in an office building. Building security can be quite unhelpful.

Travelled with two elderly parents and we booked a family room. The staff at the front desk were helpful and very friendly. They assisted to our enquiry and needs. Breakfast was quite ok, the hot station was nice and warm to the tummy. They also provided porridge, dumplings and buns from 930pm-11pm as supper. However, housekeeping wasn’t done very well. Some days we found wet towels in the bathroom. Dust on the bedsheet. There was one day, the housekeeper threw one of the sheets on the chair. She either forgot or didn’t make up the room properly. They left out some amenities as well, so we had to ask the front desk over and over again. May not choose the stay at the same place again. Cleanliness is not the best.

Hotel reception is on the 2nd floor, location is great right next to metro line 9. Easy to get around, lots of shops in the area, lots of local foods. All in all worth staying. Reception have been a great help, always eager to help. All the Atour hotels offer a free supoer from 9:30pm till 11pm. (Porridge/congee and condiments)

Perfect. Breakfast is tasty and fresh, several Options you can choose from, so opt for it. Close to 2 important metro lines. Malls around and plenty shops nearby, coffee places, food court.

Hotel is sharing commercial space within a building so security is not so tight. However, location is in a pretty secure neighbourhood with alot of amenities nearby. Room is very clean but basic without amenities like safebox and minibar, although is sufficient for my short stay. Front desk staff is friendly and efficient. Overall, it is okay if you are not a fussy traveler.

Excellent service, from the room cleaning to helping me with the taxi to the airport, wow I was so pleased 😄

in the centre of CBD, very easy to get to via metro and plenty of food options around the area. hotel staff was lovely and very helpful.

location and breakfast excellent. friendly staff. Noisy nearby all night construction. Ear plugs a necessity.

Room was clean and spacious, amenities provided were awesome! Just a little note that there are no slopes at the entrance for your luggage so will have to lug it up a few steps. Other than that, location is great! Surrounded by lots of mall~
