Superb hotel. My only choice of Hotel in China. Always at the best location, super comfortable bed and friendly staff.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is variety and supper is ready for free. Surrounded by eateries, shopping mall & next to metro station.

All good! Amenities are readily available and staff are friendly. Note that the hotel is not its own building, but instead occupies a few floors in an office building. Building security can be quite unhelpful.

Hotel reception is on the 2nd floor, location is great right next to metro line 9. Easy to get around, lots of shops in the area, lots of local foods. All in all worth staying. Reception have been a great help, always eager to help. All the Atour hotels offer a free supoer from 9:30pm till 11pm. (Porridge/congee and condiments)

Perfect. Breakfast is tasty and fresh, several Options you can choose from, so opt for it. Close to 2 important metro lines. Malls around and plenty shops nearby, coffee places, food court.

Staff was superb and beyond helpful - Atour felt like a home away from home! I liked everything, especially the location, opportunity to do laundry, and breakfast buffet. (During Typhoon Bebinca, the Hotel even arranged fried rice for guests for lunch - that was so sweet and thoughtful!)

Room was clean and spacious, amenities provided were awesome! Just a little note that there are no slopes at the entrance for your luggage so will have to lug it up a few steps. Other than that, location is great! Surrounded by lots of mall~

Location is centralised and directly in front of the Line 9 Metro station (Exit 3). Room is spacious enough and cleanliness is good. Breakfast is simple but hearty affair. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Location is great. Close to lots of food and shopping. The Metro Line 9 is just next to the building. Service staff is great. Breakfast is just OK. There are no juices or even plain water. There is no gym in this location. The hotel is inside a commercial office building. Reception and facilities on 2nd floor and rooms on 11th to 14th floor. Good for business travellers as it is near to Lujiazui CBD.

Had a two night stay in the hotel, but on the second night, the aircond was not functioning. They offered to change a room for me but it was also the same situation, so I ended up staying back in my own room(for convenience) with a stand fan. Breakfast selection was alright, service is great too. The location is great, lots of food to eat nearby and it’s quite near to the metro station. It would have been a pleasant stay if the aircond didn’t malfunction.

Located inside an office building. There is no hotel lobby on the 1st floor as other tenants use it to get to their floors. It looks run down. U need to take a lift to get to lobby.
